Palestinians entitled to the right of self-defense: Oman FM
The Omani Foreign Minister describes the siege of Gaza as a war crime.
The Omani Foreign Minister, Badr al-Busaidi, said, "Forced displacement [of Palestinians by the IOF] from the north of the sector [Gaza] to its south is a prelude to genocide," describing the siege imposed on Gaza as a war crime.
Al-Busaidi added that the "Israeli response" is starkly disproportionate, especially in targeting civilians, emphasizing that the Palestinian people "have the right to defend themselves."
The Omani Minister further pointed out that his country calls for "an immediate ceasefire in Gaza and the establishment of a truce monitored by the United Nations."

The Sultanate had previously stated that "it is closely monitoring the ongoing escalation between the Palestinian and Israeli sides due to the continued illegitimate Israeli occupation of Palestinian territories and its ongoing attacks on Palestinian cities and villages".
"The international community and international parties supporting efforts to resume the peace process must immediately intervene to stop the ongoing escalation and resort to the principles of international law."

As part of the ongoing talks regarding the aggression on Gaza, earlier this week, it was reported by Axios that Saudi Defense Minister Khalid bin Salman (KBS) will be conducting discussions with the Biden administration regarding the aggression on Palestine.
The visit is due to take place as "Israel" is failing in attempts at a ground invasion in Gaza, which Saudi Arabia condemned, and amid concerns by both the US and the Kingdom that the war could snowball into a regional war.
KBS is the brother of Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman (MBS), the former ambassador to the US, and the highest-ranking Saudi official to visit the US since President Joe Biden took office.
The sources stated that he will convene with White House National Security Advisor Jake Sullivan, Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin, and Secretary of State Antony Blinken, alongside several senators.
