In a recent statement, Al-Quds Brigades' Tulkarm Brigade announced that its fighters successfully repelled an incursion by Israeli forces and their vehicles into the Nur Shams camp.

The brigade engaged the intruding forces with heavy and direct gunfire, executing a series of ambushes and detonating multiple explosive devices on various fronts.

The brigade's engineering unit strategically deployed several high-explosive Sword 1 devices, targeting Israeli military vehicles and armored bulldozers, inflicting direct damage.

The Tulkarm brigades announced that the fighters targeted Israeli forces in areas including Harat Al-Ayadah, Harat Al-Maslikh, the camp's center, Harat Al-Salam, and Harat Al-Mahjar in Tulkarm Camp, and several other locations surrounding the camp, employing intense and consecutive gunfire and explosive devices, resulting in direct casualties among the Israeli forces.

The PIJ praised the bravery of its fighters for defending the camp against the Israeli incursion and announced the martyrdom of 21-year-old fighter Ayed Sameeh Abu Harb, who fell to Israeli gunfire during the confrontation.

The movement also extended its condolences to the martyr's family and the people of Tulkarm, reaffirming that the occupation will not weaken the resolve and courage of the Palestinian Resistance and people.

They also called for an escalation of resistance efforts in all arenas as a means of seeking justice for the Palestinian people, their sanctities, and their martyrs. It's notable that Ayed Sameeh Abu Harb is named after his uncle who was martyred 22 years ago, 1 year before Ayed was born.

Hamas Statement

Hamas spokesperson Abdel Latif Al-Qanou praised the courage of the Resistance fighters in the Nur Shams camp in Tulkarm. He pointed out that they have proven to the occupying forces that they will only face incursions with resistance and steadfastness.

Al-Qanou affirmed that the Palestinian people will continue their revolution to defend the honor of Palestine, its sanctities, and its land, and further affirmed that the cities of the West Bank, its camps, and its villages will remain ablaze beneath the feet of the occupying invaders.

Resistance committees in Palestine mourned the martyr Abu Harb, confirming that the blood of the martyrs will not be in vain and that it serves as a shield and protection for Palestine and its sanctities.

In their statement, the committees called upon the sons of the Palestinian people and the brave resistance fighters to escalate the revolution and resistance, striking the enemy everywhere on Palestinian land and turning it into hell under the feet of the occupiers.
