Israeli media reported that a demonstration took place in the city of Umm al-Fahm in the Palestinian territories occupied in 1948 against the Israeli aggression on Gaza.

Israeli occupation police suppressed the demonstrations using tear gas. Palestinian activists in the city mentioned that "the occupation police in Umm al-Fahm fired tear gas at demonstrators who took to the streets in support of Gaza."

Video clips posted by activists on social media showed Israeli occupation forces firing smoke grenades at the protesters amid a heavy security presence, while Palestinians organized a car march in the city, located between Haifa and "Tel Aviv" in the Palestinian territories occupied in 1948.

Israeli media confirmed on Thursday that two Israeli occupation soldiers were injured, with one in critical condition, in a shooting operation carried out by a Palestinian youth at the occupation police station in the Salah al-Din neighborhood in occupied al-Quds.

Palestinian sources reported that Israeli occupation forces shot dead the Palestinian youth and transferred his body to an unknown location.

Martyr Abu Ali Mustafa Brigades, the military wing of the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine (PFLP), claimed responsibility for the operation, identifying the perpetrator as Khaled Muhtaseb.

The Brigades said in a statement that the operation is a response to the heinous Zionist crimes against our the Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip, the West Bank, and al-Quds.

In the occupied West Bank, Israeli media reported a security incident in Qalqilya, with injuries reported among Israeli occupation forces.

The Palestinian Ministry of Health confirmed that more than 1,500 Gazans were killed and around 6,600 others have been injured in the ongoing Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip.

More than 423,000 people have now been forcibly displaced in the Gaza Strip, the United Nations said, as heavy Israeli bombardments continue to hit the Strip, razing houses to the ground and committing massacres against the Palestinian people.

As of late Thursday, the number of displaced people in Gaza had risen by an additional 84,444 people and reached 423,378, the UN humanitarian agency OCHA said in a statement sent on Friday.
