Resistance destroys 22 armored vehicles, confirms 9 dead in Gaza
Find out more about the Palestinian Resistance's operation on November 14, which saw the use of newly unveiled weapon systems and the destruction of 22 Israeli armored vehicles in Gaza City.
Eighteen days after "Israel" launched its ground invasion of the Gaza Strip, the Palestinian Resistance continues to confront and repel the occupation advance into Gaza City on several axes.
Resistance factions announced the use of two variants of rocket artillery for the first time since October 27, as well as the targeting and destruction of tens of Israeli occupation armored vehicles.
The Resistance's operations concentrated in Beit Hanoun, western and southern areas in Gaza City, as well as fierce confrontations targeting incursions in the center of Gaza.
Notably, the occupation forces attempted to advance into the Strip through eastern Rafah in the southernmost part of Gaza City.
Moreover, the Resistance fired several barrages of rockets that targeted Israeli positions within the Gaza Strip and its envelope, as well as "Tel Aviv".
Resistance confirms nine kills among Israeli soldiers
Al-Qassam Brigades
Hamas' al-Qassam Brigades, released a multitude of statements that have provided observers with insightful updates on Tuesday's developments. The Brigades reported on the successful use of al-Yassin tandem charges, used to target Israeli armored vehicles and fortifications within Gaza City and Beit Hanoun to the northeast of the Gaza Strip.
Al-Qassam fighters attacked Israeli occupation forces from point-blank range on two occasions, dealing heavy blows to invading forces, which builds on previously documented achievements, that highlighted their execution of exemplary tactics.
In detail:
- On Tuesday noon the Brigades announced that its fighters killed two occupation soldiers from point-blank range and injured three others in Beit Hanoun.
- Al-Qassam fighters fired Yassin rocket-propelled grenades at two Israeli tanks in West Gaza City, including a tank that belongs to the commander of the Israeli force in the western axis.
- Simultaneously, the Brigades announced that their fighters launched 114 mm artillery rockets (Rajoum) at occupation forces near the separation fence to the east of the center of the Gaza Strip.
- Confrontations intensified on the 13th hour of the day when al-Qassam fighters targeted an Israeli tank in Southwest Gaza and fired Rajoum rockets at a grouping of Israeli occupation forces in South Gaza.
- The Resistance also fired a thermobaric charge, a variant of Yassin which contains a liquid fuel charge, at a fortified Israeli special force in West Gaza.
- Resistance fighters also planted an improvised explosive device on the hull of an Israeli Merkava tank in Northwest Gaza.
- From 2:30 PM to 3:30 PM (local time) the Resistance targeted four Israeli armored vehicles, including two Merkava tanks, an armored bulldozer, and an armored personnel carrier. Mortar units also shelled occupation forces in Karam Abu Salem in Gaza's Envelope.
- The Resistance later announced that its fighter killed seven Israeli soldiers from point-blank range and destroyed an APC and a tank both of which caught fire after being targeted with Yassin RPGs in the northern axis.
- The Brigades fired rockets at the "Ra'im" military base and targeted an armored bulldozer and a tank on the western axis.
- Confrontations persisted through Tuesday night as Resistance fighters targeted six occupation tanks, a Nemer APC, three armored vehicles, and a special force with a thermobaric charge.
- Notably, al-Qassam fired a barrage of rockets at "Tel Aviv" in response to the occupation massacring of civilians in the Gaza Strip.
- The Resistance also fired Rajoum-type rockets toward groupings of Israeli occupation soldiers on the southern axis.
In total, al-Qassam Brigades announced that its fighters confirmed that nine Israeli soldiers were killed during confrontations and 22 Israeli armored vehicles were partially or completely destroyed, as of 7:00 PM on Tuesday, November 14.

PFLP and Al-Mujahideen Brigades
Resistance fighters from several factions have had a consistent and effective role to play in resisting a large invading Israeli force, which includes upwards of 300 active armored vehicles.
- Al-Mujahideen Brigades announced that its fighters led fierce confrontations against occupation forces on the southern axis, confirming direct hits among enemy lines.
- The Brigades also launched rocket attacks at the "Erez" military site, to the north of the Gaza Strip.
- Mortar units targeted an Israeli force to the east of Hay al-Zeitoun in Gaza City.
- The Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine's Abu Ali Mustapha Brigades shelled Israeli occupation forces positioned in western Rafah with a large number of 120 mm mortar shells.
Al-Quds Brigades
The Palestinian Islamic Jihad's al-Quds Brigades, which holds the second largest force in the Gaza Strip, announced that it had shelled and launched rockest at a multitude of Israeli occupation sites, as well as direct confrontations with Israeli occupation forces in the center of Gaza City and west of Beit Lahia.
- Al-Quds Brigades shelled an occupation grouping in "Kisufim" in Gaza's Envelope with mortar shells in the early hours of the morning.
- The Brigades announced that its fighters engaged an invading force that reached central areas in Gaza City on Tuesday noon.
- Mortar units shelled "Miftahim" in Gaza's Envelope in the afternoon and the "Mars" site with a heavy barrage of rockets.
- At around 4:00 PM, the Brigades targeted a convoy of armored vehicles in the southwestern axis with mortar shells.
- The Brigades announced for the first time that it had targeted an Israeli force with a high-caliber Badr-1 rocket in Gaza City.
- At 5:48 PM al-Quds Brigades revealed that its fighters are engaging in fierce confrontations with occupation soldiers to the west of Beit Lahia in the northern Gaza Strip.
- The Brigades also launched rocket barrages at Karam Abu Salem and the Amitai base in Gaza's Envelope.
It is worth noting that occupation forces have encircled Gaza City and are working on securing points closer to the center of the City, however, Resistance fighters continue to launch barrages of rockets and shell Gaza's Envelope and "central" occupation cities.
