Resistance detonates IED killing, injuring Israeli forces in West Bank

An Israeli occupation infantry force was targeted with an Improvised Explosive Device (IED) in the Nablus governate, in the occupied West Bank, Al-Aqsa Martyrs' Brigades announced on Tuesday.

The Resistance faction, in Burqa, northwest of Nablus, said in a statement that its fighters lured in an infantry force overnight Monday into an ambush, detonating an IED into the force and targeting it with gunfire.

Al-Aqsa Martyrs Brigades said that several of the occupation force's members were killed and injured as a result of the ambush.

The operation comes in response to the continued crimes and massacres committed by "Israel" in Gaza against the Strip's people, the statement read.

The Israeli occupation then stormed the town of Burqa, as Resistance fighters confronted the large force on the western side of the town, Al Mayadeen's correspondent reported.

In a similar context, the Israeli occupation military raided the town of Jabaa, north of occupied al-Quds, on Monday.

Earlier, the IOF also raided Yaabid, west of Jenin, while confrontations broke out near the al-Jalama checkpoint and al-Aarqah in the Jenin governate.

According to the latest tally released by the Palestinian Ministry of Health, 95 Palestinians in the occupied West Bank have been killed by Israeli occupation forces since October 7.

Palestinians have come out in support of the Resistance in Gaza as the fiercest confrontations took place in Tulkram's Nour Chams refugee camp, where at least one Israeli officer was killed after the occupation declared the camp a military zone.
