The United States ordered Saudi Arabia's aggressive actions against Yemen as a service to the Israeli occupation, the leader of the Yemeni Ansar Allah movement, Sayyed Abdul-Malik al-Houthi stated on Tuesday.

Tensions are rising between Yemen's Ansar Allah and Saudi Arabia after the latter transitioned into low-intensity aggression on Yemen last year following 9 years of war. Recently, Ansar Allah leaders and commanders of the Yemeni Armed Forces (YAF) have warned against Riyadh's aggressive policies, which involve the imposition of vast restrictions on bank transfers to Sanaa and stalled negotiations on the prisoner exchange dossier between the two sides.

Specifically, Saudi Arabia, through the Aden authorities it backs in Yemen, is pushing to relocate the headquarters of the Yemeni Central Bank from Sanaa to areas they control.

The issue is of great concern for Ansar Allah and Yemenis in major cities such as the capital Sanaa, al-Hudaydah, Taizz, Ibb, Dhumar, and Saada, among other towns and cities liberated by the Ansar Allah movement and the YAF. Cuts in money supplies will not only impact the Sanaa government but will also lead to yet another humanitarian crisis in the country, as Sayyed al-Houthi warned on previous occasions.

The leader of Ansar Allah has explained that after the US-led naval aggression on Yemen failed to halt the YAF's strikes in support of Palestine, Washington exerted pressure on Riyadh to "serve the Israelis."

He explained, that the policies that Saudi Arabia intends to or is enapricting, would have a greater effect than what the US has done to back the Israeli occupation.

The leader pointed to the fact that the flagship of the US Navy's Carrier Strike Group 2, aircraft carrier USS Dwight D. Eisenhower, withdrew from the Red Sea following Yemen's "unprecedented" military operations.

He said that the withdrawal of the US aircraft carrier is what triggered the US-Saudi collaboration against Yemen.

Sayyed al-Hothi also directly addressed Saudi authorities, saying, "Listen to our people and their warnings and chants," advising them to halt their support to the United States and "Israel".

In this context, the leader of Ansar Allah stressed the importance of the Palestinian cause, describing it as the "greatest," adding that the performance of the current Islamic Ummah is a "shame."

He underlined that Yemen will carry on its operations in support of Palestine until the Israeli aggression is halted and the siege on the Gaza Strip is lifted.
