Israeli-US schemes to undermine or destroy the Resistance have repeatedly failed, Iran's Islamic Revolution Guard Corps stated, adding that this latest attempt will also end in nothing but disgrace and humiliation for the enemy.

In a statement marking the anniversary of the martyrdom of the Resistance leaders Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah and Sayyed Hashem Safieddine, alongside the martyred Brigadier General Abbas Nailfroshan, the IRGC stressed that "the Resistance is not some institution that can be eliminated through political or security operations; rather, it is a living identity, thought, and culture, deeply rooted in the convictions of the people of the region, that grows greater with each passing day."

The statement noted that through their efforts, Sayyed Nasrallah and Sayyed Safieddine have forged the Resistance front into an emblem of the Islamic nation's dignity and a strategic power of regional and international significance.

Furthermore, the IRGC expressed its "full support for the courageous and wise leadership of Sheikh Naim Qassem and for Hezbollah's efforts in safeguarding Lebanon's security and ensuring the continuity of the resistance's path."

Resistance is the only way to fight oppression

The statement clarified that the security and sovereignty of Iran and the region come not from political deals or giving in to intimidation, but from the sacrifices of Resistance fighters, asserting that Resistance is the only logical means to fight against oppression.

The statement noted that "historical experience and the realities on the ground demonstrate that an active and intelligent resistance is the most effective choice for confronting the ambitions of global arrogance and Zionism," warning that "any retreat or reliance on humiliating settlements will only embolden the enemy and multiply its threats."

The statement highlighted that the increasing number of crimes and attacks by the Israeli entity and its failure in Gaza underscore the resilience of the Resistance front and its utter inability to extinguish its flames.
