Sevastopol governor says drone boat attack repelled
A maritime drone attack targeting Sevastopol was repelled and no injuries or damages were reported.
Sevastopol governor Mikhail Razvozhayev announced that the city had successfully repelled an attack by two drone boats.
In a Telegram statement, the governor said "The loud noise in the Northern Breakwater area is from the Black Sea Fleet’s underwater anti-sabotage detachment. According to preliminary information, they are repelling an attack by two drone boats."
Earlier on October 5, a woman in Rylsk sustained injuries from Ukrainian shelling, as reported by Sputnik, citing Kursk Region Governor Roman Starovoit. Governor Starovoit pointed out that Ukrainian forces had employed cluster munitions during the attack.

According to the governor's statement on Telegram, "The border town of Rylsk was shelled with cluster munitions from Ukraine. A woman suffered moderate shrapnel wounds, and she was transported to Rylsk's central regional hospital, where she is receiving the necessary medical care."
Furthermore, the governor mentioned that the Ukrainian attack resulted in the destruction of several houses, outbuildings, and vehicles in various parts of the town.
Governor Starovoit also reported the discovery of unexploded munitions and noted that bomb squads were actively working to safely clear them.
