Several martyred in new Israeli massacres in Rafah, Jabalia
The Israeli occupation forces bombard civilian homes in Gaza's Jabalia and Rafah.
Israeli airstrikes on Rafah claimed the lives of nine civilians, the majority of whom were children, after bombarding the Hashash family home northwest of the southern city of Rafah.
The Israeli occupation forces also launched destructive air raids on the new refugee camp in al-Nuseirat, central Gaza.
Israeli quadcopters opened fire on ambulances near the UNRWA clinic in the Jabalia refugee camp north of Gaza.
Several civilians were martyred in airstrikes that targeted numerous areas east of the Jabalia refugee camp.
"Our emergency crews are receiving many calls for help in Rafah, al-Zaytounm, al-Sabra, and Jabalia," the spokesperson for the civil defense directorate in Gaza, Mahmoud Basal, said, confirming that all of those areas had been bombarded overnight.
He underlined that it was gravely difficult and dangerous for the civil defense crews to aid civilians because they themselves had no immunity and were targeted by the Israeli occupation forces themselves.
New flashpoints for 'Israel'
Rafah, Jabalia, and al-Zaytoun have come under severe Israeli bombardment over the past few days, as an Al Mayadeen correspondent reported Wednesday that Israeli artillery shelling targeted the eastern areas of Jabalia refugee camp in the northern Gaza Strip and the eastern Al-Zaytoun neighborhood near Gaza City.
In the central Gaza Strip, Israeli warplanes carried out a raid on an agricultural land in the Juhr al-Dik area, and another on al-Maghraqa area, north of the Nuseirat refugee camp.
In the southern Gaza Strip, the area east of Rafah witnessed heavy artillery shelling and heavy gunfire from a helicopter, while Israeli warplanes fired phosphorus bombs.
Our correspondent also reported an Israeli raid targeting a house east of Rafah, accompanied by shelling from occupation vessels on the city.
