Several Palestinians injured during confrontations in eastern Gaza
Israeli occupation forces fire tear gas bombs at youths in the Malka area, leaving several demonstrators injured.
For the seventh day in a row, dozens of Palestinian youths demonstrated on Wednesday afternoon near the Israeli-erected separation wall in the eastern Gaza Strip, in rejection of the violations against al-Aqsa Mosque and in support of the prisoners in Israeli occupation prisons.
Palestinian sources reported that Israeli occupation forces fired tear gas bombs at youths in the Malka area, which led to several injuries among demonstrators.
This comes hours after 25-year-old Youssef Radwan was martyred and 11 others were injured by Israeli gunfire after occupation forces attempted to suppress the demonstrations.
During the demonstrations, Palestinian youths launched explosive balloons from Khan Yunis toward the Gaza Envelope illegal Israeli settlements.
On Sunday, the Israelis deployed their heavily armed forces, vehicles, and sniper units along the separation wall to disperse demonstrations.
Israeli media reported that the Israeli occupation's security and military establishment is preparing for the possibility of escalation and the resumption of rocket firing from the Gaza Strip.
Earlier on Wednesday, Palestinian youth Dargham Mohammad Yahya al-Akhras, 19, succumbed to head wounds he sustained by Israeli gunfire after the IOF stormed the Aqabat Jaber refugee camp in Areeha.
Israeli occupation forces stormed the camp to carry out a campaign of arrests, which led to confrontations with Palestinians and several cases of suffocation.
In addition, Al Mayadeen's correspondent confirmed that four Palestinians were killed and around 30 others were injured in the Jenin refugee camp, as a result of confrontations that broke out between Palestinian Resistance fighters and Israeli occupation forces that stormed the camp amid large military reinforcements and surrounded a house.
