The main square in Bint Jbeil saw a massive turnout, with residents joined by crowds who had converged from various towns and villages in southern Lebanon.

Among the victims of the massacre were a father and three of his children, while a fourth child, a young girl, was wounded and is in critical condition. The mother, however, survived, despite her injuries, and headed to Bint Jbeil to take part in the funeral, according to Al Mayadeen's correspondent.
Our correspondent reported that the drone hit the motorcycle in the city center on a Sunday.
Throughout the funeral processions, Israeli drones hovered over the mourning crowds continuously.
Earlier, UNICEF expressed it was "deeply shocked and outraged" by the killing of the three children in the airstrike, urging an immediate end to the assaults and the protection of civilians.
Calling for the protection of every child and demanding an immediate halt to violence, UNICEF stressed in a statement that “attacks on children are unconscionable,” adding, “No child should ever pay the price of conflict with their life."
'Israel' continues to mercilessly attack South Lebanon
This comes against the backdrop of sustained Israeli aggression against Lebanon, particularly the south, launching repeated airstrikes despite a ceasefire being in place.
Lebanon’s Health Ministry reported on September 20 that an Israeli strike killed one person in the country’s south.
Moreover, one Lebanese civilian was martyred and 11 others were injured after an Israeli drone strike targeted a vehicle in front of Tebnin Government Hospital in South Lebanon, the Health Ministry disclosed on September 19.
Al Mayadeen's correspondent had reported that a car was targeted right outside the hospital.
On Thursday, September 18, "Israel" issued a threat to attack the three southern Lebanese towns of Mays al-Jabal, Debbine, and Kfar Tebnit, which Al Mayadeen's correspondent stressed targeted civilian neighborhoods.
Shortly after the initial warning, Israeli warplanes invaded Lebanese airspace, launching two airstrikes on Mays al-Jabal that injured one civilian, before our correspondent reported a strike on a residential home in Kfar Tebnit in the Nabatieh governorate and an additional airstrike that targeted Debbine in southernmost Lebanon.
