Sudan head of state will not participate Arab League Summit
Instead of Burhan, Deputy Foreign Minister and Special Representative Dafallah Al-Haj Ali will be representing Sudan at the summit.
General Abdel Fattah Burhan, leader of the Sudanese military and acting leader of the Sudanese state, will reportedly not attend the Arab League summit scheduled in Jeddah Saudi Arabia, according to Sputnik.
"The head of the Transitional Sovereignty Council of Sudan, Abdel Fattah Burhan, will not take part in the Arab League summit, which will be held in the Saudi Arabian city of Jeddah," a Sudanese diplomatic source told Sputnik.
Instead of Burhan, Deputy Foreign Minister and Special Representative Dafallah Al-Haj Ali will be representing Sudan at the summit.

Back in April, clashes broke out after weeks of tension between the army and the Rapid Support Forces (RSF). Though the two groups were once allies, tensions have been brewing since the proposed integration of the RSF into the military.
Earlier this week, Sudan's military junta froze the bank accounts of Rapid Support Forces rebels.
