Families and supporters of the 240 Israeli captives rallied this morning in "Tel Aviv" to call on the regime to act immediately on the release of captives, Israeli news agencies reported.

At least 25,000 settlers are estimated to be participating in the march which kicked off in "Tel Aviv."

The families of Israeli captives have doubled down efforts to exert pressure on Benjamin Netanyahu's government amid conflicting information about a potential prisoner swap deal with Hamas, mediated by Egypt, Qatar, and the US.

On November 9, the military spokesperson for Saraya Al-Quds Abu Hamza announced the resistance's renunciation of their responsibilities towards Israeli captives given the brutal bombardment of the IOF on the Gaza Strip.

"Our people endure silently as fighters repel enemies in a war against Palestinians. Aligned with Al-Aqsa Flood and Al-Qassam Brigades, we disclaim responsibility for enemy prisoners amid barbaric bombings in Gaza", he said.

Last week, the spokesperson of al-Qassam Brigades Abu Obeida revealed in his statements that the resistance was on the verge of releasing 12 captives with foreign nationalities but the effort was obstructed by "Israel".

Families of Israeli prisoners with the Palestinian resistance are taking action to pressure the government and its leader to execute a prisoner exchange deal and avoid endangering the lives of captives amid Israeli airstrikes and the ground invasion in Gaza.

Settlers have been criticizing Netanyahu for his incompetence in dealing with the matter and have called for his resignation.

A poll published by the Israeli newspaper Maariv a week ago reported that 60% of Israelis support a ceasefire to facilitate the return of captives.
