3 IOF police killed in shooting at Jordan-West Bank Allenby crossing
Israeli media say the shooter, a Jordanian truck driver, arrived at the crossing and opened fire in the area, initially resulting in several critical injuries.
Three Israelis were killed on Sunday in a shooting operation at the Allenby Bridge crossing, known on the Palestinian side as the Karameh Border Crossing, between Jordan and the occupied West Bank, Israeli media reported, citing medics.
"Israel's" Magen David Adom ambulance service indicated that it treated the three men at the scene before announcing their deaths.

According to Israeli media, which called the incident a "very severe operation, resulting from a failure in security procedures at the Allenby Bridge," the shooting was carried out with a handgun at close range. They added that the Israeli military is detaining truck drivers at the crossing.
The Allenby Bridge, known officially in Jordan as the King Hussein Bridge and also called the al-Karameh Bridge is a bridge that crosses the Jordan River near the city of Areeha in the occupied West Bank and the town of al-Karameh in Jordan.
Al Mayadeen's correspondent confirmed that the operation took place on occupied Palestinian territory, between two Israeli military checkpoints.
Israeli media later mentioned that the Israeli forces suspect that the truck used in the shooting may have been laden with explosives.

Sappers have been dispatched to the scene to investigate the truck, the military said.
Israeli media reported that the entrances to the nearby Palestinian city of Areeha have been blocked following the shooting operation. The Israeli Army Radio said the Israeli military has imposed a security cordon around the city.
On its part, the Jordanian Ministry of Interior confirmed that official agencies have commenced an investigation into the shooting that took place on the other side of the King Hussein Bridge.
A Jordanian official also told Reuters that authorities have closed the King Hussein Bridge while investigating the shooting on the other side.
Both Jordanian and Israeli authorities announced that the Allenby Bridge crossing has been closed until further notice.
The operation comes a week after three Israeli police officers were killed in a drive-by shooting operation in the southern West Bank governorate of al-Khalil, one kilometer from the Tarqumiya military checkpoint.
Acts of Resistance against the Israeli occupation have surged in occupied Palestinian territories amid the ongoing Israeli aggression on the besieged Gaza Strip, which has so far killed 40,939 Palestinians and injured 94,616 others, according to the Health Ministry in the enclave, and amid a major 10-day Israeli aggression on the West Bank that targeted the governorates of Tulkarm, Jenin, and Tubas, killing 39 Palestinians and injuring approximately 150 others.
In August, the Israeli occupation military said one settler was killed and another was injured after armed individuals opened fire on several vehicles near the Mehola settlement in the Jordan Valley region, northeastern West Bank.
