Time proving cutting ties with 'genocidal Israel' was right: Bolivia
Bolivia's Foreign Ministry says the international community cannot ignore the Israeli crimes in Gaza and must join in the condemnation and demand for justice.
Bolivia condemned on Thursday the genocidal crimes committed by "Israel" in Gaza, calling for an immediate ceasefire as the war on the Strip nears its 5-month mark with over 30,000 Palestinians killed.
In a statement, the Bolivian Foreign Ministry affirmed that there is sufficient evidence to establish a trial before the International Criminal Court (ICJ) "against Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and his collaborators for crimes against humanity."

“Bolivia strongly condemns the attacks against civilians in the Gaza Strip and deplores the conduct of preventing humanitarian aid. This action violates the provisions of the Geneva Conventions and the order to cease attacks, release hostages, and guarantee humanitarian aid [as] issued by the International Court of Justice," read the statement.
It also demanded that the United Nations, the Security Council, and the international community take "immediate actions to stop this massacre."
Over 100 Palestinians were killed and dozens of others were wounded on Thursday, in what has become widely known as the Flour Massacre, after Israeli tanks opened fire on thousands of civilians who gathered to receive aid packages in al-Rasheed Street, to the west of Gaza City.

The Bolivian government had slammed the horrific crime as a "ruthless act of cowardice, contrary to all norms of international law, humanitarian law, and human rights."
Last October, Bolivia severed all ties with the Israeli occupation entity over war crimes in Gaza.
The Foreign Ministry, referring to the Flour Massacre, emphasized that "time has been demonstrating the righteousness of our decision as a country to break relations" with "genocidal Israel".
“This is the path that consistent nations in their fight against neocolonialism must tread. The international community cannot ignore the seriousness of these events and must join in the condemnation and the demand for justice," the Ministry stressed.
“We embrace the Palestinian people and government and demand an immediate ceasefire," it concluded.
