Al-Quds Brigades - Tulkarm Brigade announced that its forces confronted Israeli occupation forces as they tried to storm the city of Tulkarm, in the northern occupied West Bank at dawn today.

According to local sources, several vehicles of the occupation forces, accompanied by a military bulldozer, stormed the city of Tulkarm and headed to the Western Neighborhood, amid heavy gunfire by the Resistance fighters.

The Brigade added in its statement, "We call on our steadfast people in the Nur Shams Al-Thawra camp and the city of Tulkarm to remain on high alert and ready to confront any intrusion attempt by the enemy's army.”

“We have full confidence in you and your positions in support of the resistance,” it added.

A few days ago, armed confrontations broke out between Resistance fighters and Israeli occupation forces that tried to storm the Nur Shams camp in Tulkarm. At the time, Al-Quds Brigades - Tulkarm Brigade announced targeting the occupation vehicles at the entrance of the camp, northwest of the occupied West Bank.

It was preceded by the announcement of the battalion, targeting the occupation forces in Tulkarm in the West Bank. The battalion claimed responsibility for shooting at an Israeli military force north of Tulkarm.

Earlier, the Brigade also announced targeting Israeli occupation forces in Tulkarm in the West Bank and claimed responsibility for a shooting operation at an Israeli military force north of the city.

Israeli occupation forces continue to storm occupied Palestinian cities and towns and commit numerous crimes under false pretexts aimed at making Palestinians’ lives more difficult and forcing them out of their lands to seize them.
