Ukraine, UK planning provocation in Lugansk
Since Western media have made their way into Lugansk, the two have been collaborating on a sinister plan.
The SBU - the Ukraine Security Service - has been collaborating with the United Kingdom in planning a new violent provocation in Lysychansk in the Lugansk People's Republic since Western media (which previously staged photo and video shoots in Bucha) have already arrived in the city, according to the head of the Russian Defense Ministry's National Defense Control Center, Mikhail Mizintsev.
"The SBU officers together with secretive agencies of the United Kingdom are planning yet another fake in Lysychansk in the Lugansk People's Republic. Representatives of Ukrainian and Western media, who had previously conducted staged photo and video shoots in Bucha, arrived in the city in advance to this end," Mizintsev said.
"We are warning the so-called 'civilized West' in advance that these fakes made by Kiev authorities about alleged 'atrocities of Russians' will soon be widely distributed through Western media," he said.
Lugansk to inform international community of Ukrainian war crimes
Earlier this month, the ombudswoman of the Lugansk People's Republic revealed her intention to inform international rights campaigns about crimes committed on its territory by Ukrainian troops during the eight-year war.
In an interview, Viktoria Serdyukova stated that "everything recorded by the ombudsperson’s office will be sent to the [republic’s] prosecutor general’s office and to all international organizations."
Serdyukova added that the treasure of evidence against Ukraine includes witness testimony and information from criminal investigations opened into Ukraine's war crimes following the commencement of a military campaign against Lugansk popular forces in 2014.
Serdyukova added that the plan to establish an international criminal tribunal to investigate the Ukrainian onslaught is welcomed by the leadership in Lugansk and that many neutral nations would be willing to participate.
