UN chief condemns 'Israel's' blockade, hindering Gaza aid operations
The UN chief also emphasized the spillover effects of the on war on Gaza, stating that it is already happening.
In a press conference on Friday, UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres expressed concern over "Israel's" refusal to permit additional trucks into Gaza, hindering the ongoing aid operation.
Guterres highlighted the challenges faced by the UN, with many vehicles being destroyed or abandoned during the forced evacuation from the north.
"Many of our vehicles and trucks were destroyed or left behind following our forced, hurried evacuation from the north, but the Israeli authorities have not allowed any additional trucks to operate in Gaza. This is massively hampering the aid operation," Guterres said.
The UN leader urged the Israeli regime to immediately lift restrictions on commercial activities to alleviate the growing humanitarian crisis.

Spillover already happening
Guterres further emphasized the spillover effects of the war on Gaza, stating that it is already happening.
"The spillover is already happening," he told reporters.
His remarks come amidst the Yemeni resistance carrying out operations on commercial shipping vessels in the Red Sea in response to "Israel's" crimes in Gaza.
The situation raises further alarms about the escalating regional impact of the conflict.
As the international community monitors developments closely, Guterres called for urgent action to address the pressing humanitarian needs in Gaza and stressed the importance of facilitating aid deliveries to the affected population.
