Any internal dialogue must stem from the national priority and the central issue — namely, that "Israel" is the enemy of Lebanon, a member of Hezbollah's Loyalty to the Resistance Bloc, MP Hassan Fadlallah, affirmed on Monday.
Fadlallah also emphasized that expelling the Israeli occupation from Lebanese territory, liberating Lebanese prisoners, halting "Israel's" aggression and violations of sovereignty, and rebuilding what it has destroyed are responsibilities that fall on all loyal Lebanese citizens, as well as on the state and its institutions.
Speaking at a memorial commemorating 65 martyrs from the southern Lebanese town of Ayta al-Shaab, the lawmaker stressed that these points must be at the very top of the state’s priorities and at the heart of its national agenda.
He emphasized that the defensive strategy is a purely internal Lebanese matter to be agreed upon by those who believe in these principles and who recognize "Israel" as Lebanon’s enemy.
"As for those who do not view Israel as an enemy of Lebanon, who incite internal division, and who promote, justify, and market for the enemy — such individuals are unfit to take part in any internal dialogue focused on building the components of national strength to protect sovereignty," Fadlallah indicated.
He accused these sides of abandoning the constitution, the state, the law, logic, patriotism, and the very notion of belonging to the country.

US administration leading incitement campaign against Resistance
In a related context, Fadlallah pointed out that the incitement campaign against the Resistance is being led by the US administration and echoed in Lebanon by well-known groups and parties — "the same ones that have always stood against the resistance to occupation, and at times even served as part of the occupation's destructive project."
Today, he said, these groups are promoting the occupation's threats and justifying its actions against the Lebanese people, and therefore, they are not in a position to speak on behalf of the Lebanese people or the state and its institutions, nor can they achieve their goals.
Fadlallah urged the Lebanese people not to disregard these actors, stating, "Their incitement campaign has nothing to do with the national interest."
The Lebanese lawmaker said that misinformation and rumors about the Resistance, much of it baseless and often attributed to unnamed sources, are all "part of a psychological war against the Resistance and its popular base."
"At times, we let them talk and spread lies while we continue our work to safeguard the achievements of our martyrs and the sacrifices of our people," he added.
"We are entrusted with these sacrifices, and they will remain protected."
Fadlallah underscored that the Resistance draws its strength from the steadfastness and unbreakable will of its people, regardless of the difficulties and challenges.
Hezbollah completed 80% of shelter and reconstruction project
Touching on the process of reconstructing what was destroyed during the Israeli war on Lebanon, Fadlallah confirmed that Hezbollah has completed 80% of its shelter and renovation project and will carry the initiative through despite all attempts at obstruction.
However, he stressed that this does not absolve the state of its responsibilities to its people, particularly with regard to destroyed buildings and infrastructure.
The Lebanese government possesses funds that could be spent on essential services like water, electricity, and roadworks, the lawmaker said.
Fadlallah assured that Hezbollah is closely following up on the issue, rejecting any attempt to link reconstruction efforts to other files.
"There are those who seek to exploit the suffering of the people, thinking they can influence their political choices by tying reconstruction to next year’s parliamentary elections," he said.
"But our people, who have offered their best men as martyrs, will confront this challenge and thwart such gambits," Fadlallah stressed.
