The rally coincides with Hezbollah firing a massive barrage of rockets toward northern occupied Palestine in support of Gaza and in response to Israeli assassinations.
Students at Birzeit University in the occupied West Bank staged Wednesday a rally in support of Gaza and the village of Kafr Dan, coinciding with news of Hezbollah targeting Israeli occupation military bases in northern occupied Palestine.
During the rally, participants chanted slogans in support of Resistance movements in Lebanon, especially Hezbollah Secretary-General Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah, Yemen, and Iraq for carrying out operations in solidarity with the Palestinian Resistance.

This comes as the Islamic Resistance in Lebanon - Hezbollah carried out on Wednesday a series of operations in support of Gaza and in response to Israeli attacks on Lebanese towns and villages, particularly the assassination carried out in the town of Jwaya on Tuesday, which resulted in civilian casualties and the martyrdom of Commander Talib Sami Abdallah (Hajj Talib).
Al Mayadeen's correspondent reported that a massive barrage of rockets was fired on northern occupied Palestine, highlighting that "the rocket barrages that were fired from Lebanon are the largest in terms of rocket type and number since the beginning of the war."

Israeli media reported that Hezbollah fired a massive 160-rocket barrage at northern "Israel" and launched a direct attack on Rafael Advanced Defense Systems, a military research and development company.
Confrontations had erupted on Tuesday between Palestinian Resistance fighters and Israeli occupation forces following the infiltration of special Israeli units into the village of Kafr Dan, west of Jenin, resulting in the martyrdom of six Palestinian youths identified as Saqr Abed (28), Ahmad Samoudi (24), Ayman Abu Fadala (24), Mohammad Marei (32), Mustafa Marei (21), and Ahmad Abu Obeid (21).
It is noteworthy that Israeli attacks on the occupied West Bank have been expanding in conjunction with the Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip for about nine months.
