Massive rallies took place in Yemen's Saada province on Friday under the slogan: "In support of Gaza... By God's power, we defeated America, and we will defeat Israel."
The people of Saada gathered in dozens of squares for large-scale demonstrations in solidarity with Gaza and to celebrate the defeat of the US aggression against their country.

Ansar Allah leader Sayyed Abdul Malik al-Houthi said Thursday that Washington’s inability to counter Yemen’s pro-Palestine military operations pushed the US to stop its aggression, denying Trump’s claim that Yemen acted out of "pleading or surrender."
He clarified that the agreement does not include "Israel", as Yemen's armed forces will continue blocking Israeli shipping and striking occupation targets deep inside occupied Palestine until the aggression on Gaza stops.
Sayyed al-Houthi stated that the US "would not have mobilized all its capabilities, aircraft carriers, and bombers if the Yemeni people's stance had not been impactful," highlighting that Yemen's support for Palestine, including the blockade of Israeli ships, has achieved "complete and total success."
Trump halts US airstrikes on Yemen
Moreover, in a major regional policy development, Trump recently announced that the United States would immediately halt its bombing campaign against Ansar Allah positions in Yemen.
The decision came after claims that the group had agreed to stop targeting US naval assets, with Oman reportedly brokering the understanding.
Trump called the development “good news” and a step toward regional de-escalation.
Meanwhile, Ansar Allah emphasized that the scope of the agreement is strictly limited. The group’s chief negotiator, Mohammed Abdulsalam, made it clear that the understanding “does not include 'Israel' in any way, shape or form.”
“As long as they announced the cessation [of US strikes] and they are committed to that, our position was self-defense, so we will stop,” Abdulsalam told Reuters.
Moreover, Sayyed al-Houthi affirmed Yemen’s full readiness to confront any new round of American aggression.
