Renewed hostilities

On the evening of March 22, the Israeli military carried out a second round of airstrikes, striking multiple locations in southern and eastern Lebanon, blatantly violating both the ceasefire agreement and Lebanese sovereignty.

According to an Al Mayadeen correspondent in southern Lebanon, one of the airstrikes targeted a building in the archaeological district of Tyre, in the south of Lebanon.

In Tyre, the Israeli occupation forces carried out multiple strikes on locations including Wadi Zibqin, Wadi al-Shoumariyeh, the valley between the towns of Srifa, Frun, and Ghandouriya, as well as the outskirts of the towns of Deir Qanoun al-Nahr and Wadi Sinya.

The ministry announced that the final toll of the Israeli airstrike on Tullin this afternoon was five martyrs, including a child, and 11 wounded, including two children.

Moreover, Israeli airstrikes hit elevated areas In Iqlim al-Tuffah, while in eastern Lebanon, Israeli warplanes targeted the vicinity of the town of Nabi Sheet in the Bekaa Valley.

Israeli fighter jets struck the outskirts of the border town of al-Qasr, in the Bekaa region, marking another violation of Lebanon's territorial integrity.

The Lebanese Ministry of Health reported one martyr and seven wounded in Tyre in a preliminary as a result of the Israeli airstrike, with 10 additional injuries reported in the Bekaa Valley from the Israeli attacks.
