Repeat ceasefire violations

Israeli occupation forces launched a series of airstrikes targeting several towns in the region earlier this morning.

The Lebanese Ministry of Health’s Emergency Operations Center stated that two citizens were injured in the border town of Kfar Kila due to Israeli shelling.

Our correspondent also noted Israeli raids on the outskirts of Rashaya al-Fukhar, al-Khiam, and the area between Yatar and Beit Lif. Despite earlier shelling, a cautious calm prevailed in the targeted areas, with al-Khiam's outskirts continuing to be subjected to Israeli artillery.

Meanwhile, the Lebanese Army reported seizing three primitive missile launchers in the area north of the Litani River, between Kfar Tibnit and Arnoun, in the Nabatieh Governorate.

In response, Israeli media reported that five rockets were fired from Lebanon toward the settlement of Metulla in the Upper al-Jalil, triggering air raid sirens in the area. They also noted that interceptor missiles were launched against air targets in the north, and the Israeli army was assessing what was intercepted.
