According to the report, six Juventus employees, including President Andrea Agnelli, are being investigated for the €50 million.
Turin's Public Prosecutor opened a case after CONSOB had launched an inspection last July, and after the COVISOC report pushed the Federal Prosecutor to launch an investigation.
According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, COVISOC felt compelled to look into a number of cases involving capital gains transactions, including the one involving Miralem Pjanic and Arthur Melo switching teams in 2020.
Other suspects, according to the newspaper, include Vice-President Pavel Nedved and former sporting director Fabio Paratici, who now works for Tottenham Hotspur.
