'Israel' kills Lebanese municipal worker while asleep in Blida, violating ceasefire

Before dawn, Israeli occupation forces crossed over a kilometer into southern Lebanon, raiding the town of Blida and killing municipal worker Ibrahim Salameh as he slept. Lebanese officials condemned the Israeli attack as a flagrant violation of both the November 2024 ceasefire and Lebanon’s sovereignty. While "Israel" claimed to target "Resistance infrastructure", it has provided no evidence to support its claim. Yet as "Israel" intensifies its aggression on southern and eastern Lebanon, the US continues to pressure Lebanon to disarm the Resistance, effectively granting "Israel" a free hand to violate international law and kill civilians with impunity.
