High school in Pennsylvania in lockdown after shooting
Erie Police in Pennsylvania confirms that one student was injured as a result of a school shooting, and the victim is in good condition.
A high school in the US state of Pennsylvania has been placed on lockdown after a student was shot, the city of Erie announced on Tuesday.
"Erie Police confirm that a single individual at Erie High School has been shot," the city government said in a statement on Twitter.

The government pointed out in the statement that the shooting victim is in good condition and has been taken to a local hospital for treatment.
The statement mentioned that the high school will continue to be locked down, adding that the students are safe.
