"Israel's" assassination of Seyyed Mousavi can trigger a multi-faceted response from Iran, according to Kobi Marom, a reserve officer in the IOF.

Israeli Reserve Colonel Kobi Marom has said that Iran is capable of responding to "Israel's" assassination of Seyyed Razi Mousavi, through a range of various methods.

One of the methods suggested by Marom, is a heavy barrage of rockets from Syria toward Israeli-occupied Palestinian territories. The other two options that Marom listed were an attack on Israeli naval assets or the assassination "of senior Israeli officials outside of Israel."

Marom stressed that "Israel" is facing an "intelligent, rational, and cunning enemy", adding that "Iran can surprise Israel on several fronts, utilizing several methods to do so."

The Israeli Colonel's remarks come at a time when "Israel" is preparing itself for an Iranian response after it assassinated Seyyed Razi Mousavi, a senior advisor at the Islamic Revolution Guard Corps (IRGC) in Syria's capital Damascus.

Iran has not taken any official military action against the Israeli occupation since it launched its aggression on the Gaza Strip on October 7. However, Resistance factions operating under the umbrella of the Axis of Resistance, have launched consistent attacks on Israeli targets from Yemen, Syria, Iraq, and Lebanon.

From South Lebanon, Hezbollah has launched multiple attacks at Israeli targets in northern occupied territories. These consistently expanding attacks have completely shut down Israeli colonial communities, located at least 3.5 km deep into their occupation's line of withdrawal.

In this context, Marom highlighted the deep "strategic" crisis that Israeli occupation forces are experiencing at the northern front. The reserve officer, who had previously commanded troops in the notorious Golani Brigade, said that Hezbollah enforced a "security zone on the northern border," resulting in the evacuation of tens of thousands of settlers from the area.

"We openly admit that activating [our] firepower failed at achieving deterrence and changing the reality," imposed by Hezbollah, Marom said.

Resistance attacks: Nonstop

The occupation's reserve officer's comments coincide with a series of attacks carried out by Hezbollah fighters on Israeli military positions.

Three attacks targeted Israeli military barracks, including the headquarters of the IOF's 91st Division, while another three targeted Israeli soldiers and assets across three military sites.

Although the attacks were concentrated in the western district of operations, Hezbollah fighters targeted the Zebdine military site in the Israeli-occupied Lebanese Shebaa Farms, twice.

The Resistance's initial attack on Tuesday morning targeted the Zebdine site using the "appropriate weapons" for the mission, confirming direct hits to intended targets.

The second came hours later when Hezbollah fighters launched several high-caliber Burkan rockets at the site, at 2:50 AM (local time).

It is worth noting that Burkan rockets carry large high-explosive payloads that can reach up to 500 kg.

The Lebanese Islamic Resistance has lately deployed new weapons and tactics in its latest round of confrontations with “Israel” in response to the Israeli massacres against civilians in #Gaza and the killing of Lebanese civilians.
