Al Mayadeen’s correspondent in Gaza reported that at least 80 Palestinians have been martyred since dawn on Sunday as "Israel's" atrocities continue devastating the Gaza Strip.

Occupation forces opened fire on Palestinians waiting for aid in the Sudaniya area in the northwest of the Strip, injuring several civilians. In the south, 38 Palestinians waiting for aid were also killed in similar attacks by the IOF.

According to our correspondent, Israeli aircraft destroyed four houses in the Sabra neighborhood south of Gaza City within one hour. Two more homes in the same neighborhood were also struck despite being inhabited. One civilian was killed and several others were injured.

Earlier raids on the Sabra neighborhood left widespread destruction and further injuries among residents.

In the town of Bani Suhaila, east of Khan Younis, an Israeli airstrike on a house killed one Palestinian. The southern Gaza Strip has witnessed intensified bombardment as part of the latest escalation.

Civilians displaced from their homes also came under attack when occupation aircraft bombed tents sheltering families near the Salah al-Din school in the al-Rimal neighborhood of Gaza City.

The strike caused a number of injuries among displaced persons already suffering under dire humanitarian conditions.

The latest aggression adds to the mounting civilian toll as bombardment continues to target residential neighborhoods, aid seekers, and shelters for the displaced across the besieged Strip.

It is worth noting that the occupation continues to escalate its attacks using explosive drones capable of releasing 15 hand grenades simultaneously, specifically targeting residential areas and civilians.

According to Gaza’s Government Media Office, the Israeli military has detonated more than 80 booby-trapped robots in densely populated neighborhoods, inflicting further casualties and destruction.

Gaza death toll nears 64,000

The Ministry of Health confirmed that the overall death toll from the ongoing Israeli aggression has risen to 63,459 martyrs, with 160,256 injuries recorded since the beginning of the war on October 7, 2023. Between March 18, 2025, and today, 11,328 martyrs and 48,215 injuries have been recorded.

As part of the ongoing assaults on Palestinians seeking humanitarian aid, 30 martyrs and 166 injuries were recorded in the last 24 hours alone. This brings the total number of martyrs targeted while trying to access aid, referred to as "martyrs of livelihood," to 2,248, with more than 16,600 injured.

Gaza hospitals also recorded seven new famine-related deaths in the past 24 hours, bringing the total number of deaths due to hunger and malnutrition to 339, including 124 children.
