The al-Qassam Brigades' current strategy focuses on inflicting significant losses to the enemy, executing precision strikes, and attempting to take soldiers captive, stated Abu Obeida, the spokesperson for Hamas' military wing, the al-Qassam Brigades.

In his first video address since March 6, Abu Obeida pointed out that the al-Qassam's fighters "are surprising the enemy with new tactics and methods, having learned lessons from the longest war and confrontation in the history of the Palestinian people."

He warned the Israeli government that if it chooses to continue fighting, it is effectively "deciding to keep receiving the bodies of its soldiers and officers."

Arab leaders are burdened with Gaza's blood

The al-Qassam spokesperson stated that "the necks of the leaders of the Islamic and Arab nation, its elites, and its scholars are weighed down by the blood of tens of thousands of innocent people who were betrayed by their silence."

He emphasized that the enemy "would not have committed genocide in full view of the nation's leaders were it not assured of impunity, guaranteed silence, and bought betrayal."

Abu Obeida added, "No one responsible for the bloodshed is spared, no exceptions. Those with the power to act must do so, each according to their ability and influence."

A salute to all free people in the world

Abu Obeida also paid tribute to supporters worldwide, risking everything to help Palestinians, defying the blockade, resisting injustice, and refusing to stay silent.

He also hailed Yemen’s people, saying, "We salute our brethren in Yemen, the nation of wisdom and faith, its military, and the steadfast Ansar Allah," emphasizing that "by engaging the enemy head-on, they have shamed those who stand by or bow down."

'Israel' continues to obstruct ceasefire negotiations: Abu Obeida

On the topic of ceasefire talks, Abu Obeida said Palestinian representatives have frequently offered, particularly in recent months, an all-encompassing agreement for the immediate release of all Israeli captives. He stressed unwavering backing for the Resistance's delegation engaged in indirect negotiations with "Israel".

The spokesperson continued, "Netanyahu, the war criminal, and his ministers rejected our proposal, proving they don't truly care about their captives since they are soldiers," adding, "For Netanyahu's government, these soldier-prisoners aren't a priority, they've already conditioned their public to accept the possibility of all them being killed."

He cautioned that should "Israel" continue its stubborn stance during talks, there would be no assurance of reviving either the partial exchange deals or the earlier 10-prisoner proposal.

Attempts to recruit collaborators only prove their failure

The al-Qassam spokesperson addressed the issue of collaborators during his speech, stating that attempts by the occupation to recruit mercenaries and agents under Arab names demonstrate nothing but failure and guarantee certain defeat.

He emphasized that the enemy's collaborators have proven to be nothing more than depleted assets in the face of the Palestinian people's awareness, dignity, and rejection of betrayal.

Abu Obeida issued a final warning to collaborators, demanding they abandon their betrayal and rejoin their people without delay, while expressing profound gratitude and pride toward the honorable families and clans of their people who have publicly disowned the isolated collaborators.

Concluding his remarks, Abu Obeida saluted the Palestinian people in Gaza, stating, "We kiss the foreheads of all our great steadfast people who remain patient and victorious," adding, "Our people's resilience despite betrayal, their patience, their sacrifices, and their defiance of oppression and deprivation are what infuriate their enemies the most."
