The military spokesman for the Al-Quds Brigades Abu Hamza affirmed at Friday dawn that "the Resistance today translates its pledge to occupied Al-Quds and its people and continues its blessed response to the aggression."

Abu Hamza added that the Resistance also confirms that "the sword of Al-Quds will remain wielded in all arenas," stressing that "Jihad continues without retreat."

Al-Quds Brigades' military media published a video titled "Al-Aqsa Mosque is a red line."

The Palestinian Resistance had fired several missiles at the Israeli occupation settlements in the envelope of Gaza in response to the Israeli aggression against the Strip.

Hamas Spokesperson Hazem Qassem confirmed to Al Mayadeen that the Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip will not deter the Resistance from defending the holy Al-Aqsa Mosque - which is being subjected to continuous brutal attacks by the Israeli occupation.

Qassem added that what is happening now is a real battle for the sake of the holy Al-Aqsa, and the Israeli occupation bears full responsibility for its attacks on the Mosque and the Palestinians that are practicing Itikaf therein in the past few days.

Qassem pointed out that the Israeli air aggression was targeting sites belonging to Al-Qassam Brigades, the military wing of Hamas.

He stressed that the response to the occupation attacks was coordinated and green-lighted by the Joint Operations Room (JOR) of the Palestinian factions, which pledged to respond to the aggression on the Gaza Strip.

"If the occupation expands its aggression, matters will escalate, because the Resistance in the Gaza Strip will always be ready and present to defend its people and Al-Aqsa Mosque," he added.

"The Resistance factions are determined to establish an equation; a bombing will be met with a definite retaliation," stressing that the "Resistance is the ultimate shield and sword of the people."

On his part, the head of the Palestinian Islamic Jihad's media office, Daoud Shehab, told Al Mayadeen that the "Israeli raids on Gaza reflect the bankruptcy and the crises battering the occupation."

He added that the Resistance "is capable of responding with double the force it receives," calling on "the enemy to lift its hand off Al-Aqsa."

"The decision is up to the field, and the Resistance will respond to these attacks against the Gaza Strip, which means that we are ready to enter into a confrontation to defend the holy Al-Aqsa Mosque."

The spokesperson for the Fatah movement in Gaza Munther Hayek said, "The attack comes after the United States obstructed a Security Council resolution regarding sanctities."

"What is required now is Palestinian national unity, that we remain in the field to defend our rights and reject the desecration of the holy places."

Iraqi Hezbollah Brigades: Resistance factions awaiting

Iraqi Hezbollah Brigades confirmed in a statement that "the Israeli occupation is delusional for assuming that violating the sanctity of Al-Aqsa Mosque and its oppression against the Palestinian people can go unanswered."

The statement added, "The entity knows that the Resistance factions deployed on all front lines are waiting for any opportunity to join the fight and humiliate the occupation."

"The balance of power in the region has shifted, and if the occupation expands its savage attacks, it will fall into the trap of miscalculations," the statement added.

The Hezbollah Brigades called on "all Muslims in the world to defend Al-Aqsa Mosque and its sanctuaries with all their might."

On their part, the Sayyid Al-Shuhada Brigades in Iraq declared full solidarity with the unified position of the Palestinian Resistance factions in responding to the Israeli aggression.

"No matter how much the enemy grows, its end will be defeat and annihilation."

Field sources told Al Mayadeen that all the shells fired from the Gaza Strip so far are 107mm with a range of 8km and mortar shells.

"The Resistance has maintained a low level of response so far."

In turn, the spokesperson for the Palestinian Resistance Committees' Media Office in Palestine Mohammad Al-Buraim (Abu Mujahid), told Al Mayadeen that the range of the Resistance rockets used so far in the responses to the occupation aggression does not exceed 7 kilometers.

Abu Mujahid confirmed that "the Resistance will resort to missiles with a longer range according to the course of the battle," adding that "the continuous aggression against the Gaza Strip is a message from the occupation, and let them wait for the message of the Resistance."

IOF storm Al-Aqsa for third consecutive night

The Israeli occupation forces stormed on Thursday the courtyards of Al-Aqsa Mosque from Al-Mughrabi Gate and attacked Palestinian worshippers practicing Itikaf.

Israeli forces carried out a brutal attack against the Holy Mosque and Palestinians practicing Ramadan acts of worship inside.

During the earlier attacks, Israeli occupation forces used rubber bullets and smoke and stun grenades against the unarmed worshippers inside Al-Qibli prayer hall, in addition to completely destroying the medical clinic inside.

Missiles from Lebanon

Israeli media reported earlier today that 34 rockets were launched from southern Lebanon toward Northern occupied Palestine, adding that 25 were intercepted by the Iron Dome, 5 hit occupation settlements, while it is still unknown where the remaining four landed.

Israeli media said security estimates reveal that this a Palestinian retaliation to the attacks and assaults on worshippers in Al-Aqsa Mosque.
