Al-Moussawi warns 'Israel' that war with Lebanon will be 'final war'
Nawaf al-Moussawi, the head of Hezbollah's Resources and Borders department speaks to Al Mayadeen about officials in the Israeli occupation government threatening Lebanon with war and warns them.
Nawaf al-Moussawi, the head of Hezbollah's Resources and Borders department and a former member of parliament, stated that the Israeli occupation "does not possess the weapons needed for a war against Lebanon," emphasizing that the Israeli occupation needs weapons from Washington for any war it wants to wage against Lebanon, and stressing that "the next war with Israel will be nothing less than the final war."
In his interview on Friday evening on Al Mayadeen, al-Moussawi pointed out that in the event of an Israeli all-out war with Lebanon, the region will not be "as it once used to be."
Al-Moussawi explained that the Resistance found it necessary to use the air defense system against the warplanes that were terrorizing Lebanese citizens, thus repelling the occupation's warplanes from Lebanese skies on Thursday. He added that the weapon the Islamic Resistance decides to use is "imposed by necessity." He stressed that the Resistance still has "undisclosed capabilities."
Regarding the Resistance's targeting of Israeli espionage equipment, al-Mousawi told Al Mayadeen that the espionage capabilities used by the occupation on the border with Lebanon were "capable of covering areas up to Europe," stressing that the Resistance needed to strike these devices in order to blind the occupation.
The Hezbollah official asserted that all the leaders of the occupation who threatened Lebanon with war "have no idea about the true capabilities of the Resistance," addressing them by saying, "If war breaks out, it will be nothing less than the final war."
Furthermore, the Hezbollah official recalled that the United Nations has recorded more than 400 Israeli violations of UN resolution 1701 every month since it was issued. Additionally, he explained that the Lebanese Prime Minister and Speaker of Parliament are the ones negotiating with Western envoys to discuss the situation on the borders.
During his talk about internal Lebanese affairs, al-Moussawi emphasized that the Islamic Resistance "does not seek to capitalize on the confrontations on the southern front for internal Lebanese matters, specifically vis-a-vis the presidential election."
Gaza continues to successfully confront IOF
Moreover, al-Moussawi reiterated what Hezbollah has been saying since the launch of the support front in southern Lebanon, clarifying that the goal of the Resistance in confronting the occupation on the Lebanese front is to "distract the enemy and exert pressure to stop the war on Gaza."
He praised the steadfastness of the Palestinian Resistance in Gaza, affirming that after 8 months of fighting, "they continue to strike the enemy and inflict losses on them," stressing the importance of Operation Al Aqsa Flood by saying, "If our brothers in Gaza had not carried out the Al Aqsa Flood operation, we would now be reading the Fatiha [prayer] for the Palestinian cause."
Al-Moussawi asserted that the Palestinian Resistance is a response to the Israeli occupation of Palestine and that what "Israel" has committed is genocide.
The Islamic Resistance official also noted that there is what he described as “a mood among Western governments” that the way the Israeli occupation forces are fighting is "ineffective".
