The Jenin Battalion of the Al-Quds Brigades, the military wing of the Islamic Jihad movement, announced on Monday that its fighters targeted a route used by Israeli occupation army vehicles with an explosive device in the town of Jaba'a in the occupied West Bank.
The Al-Quds Brigades clarified that their fighters successfully detonated a pre-planted "Tufan" land explosive device, inflicting confirmed casualties among the enemy forces.
Earlier today, the same battalion announced the detonation of a pre-planted "Tufan" land explosive device targeting the route of the occupation's military reinforcements invading the town of 'Anza, and disabling a military vehicle.
The Media Committee of the Jenin Camp confirmed in a separate statement that the resistance in Jenin and its towns continues to confront the Israeli aggression and target the occupation forces and their settlers who are assaulting the city, amid the outbreak of widespread clashes.
The committee clarified that the Jenin governorate witnessed three settler attacks in separate areas today, along with three property confiscation operations and a direct assault carried out by the occupation forces.
The statement pointed out that since the start of the occupation's aggression on January 21, 2025, more than 65 martyrs have been killed in Jenin, its camp, and its towns.
This comes as "Israel" continues to raid the West Bank, carrying out large-scale arrests and shooting Palestinians with live fire.
Israeli attacks on West Bank towns continue
Earlier on Sunday, Israeli occupation forces carried out large-scale raids and arrests across several West Bank cities and towns, detaining at least 13 Palestinians amid ongoing incursions and settler violence.
According to local sources, occupation forces detained seven Palestinians from Ramallah and al-Bireh, five from al-Khalil, and a freed detainee from Tulkarem after storming his home in the city’s southern neighborhood.
In Nablus, occupation troops raided and searched multiple homes, while similar incursions were reported in the towns of Deir Ballut and al-Zawiya, west of Salfit. Footage shared on social media showed heavily armed soldiers breaking into residential areas and conducting house-to-house searches.
Meanwhile, a young Palestinian man was shot and injured by Israeli occupation forces in the town of al-Ram, north of occupied al-Quds. Occupation troops also opened fire on a group of Palestinian workers near the village of Husan, west of Beit Lahm, detaining several of them for hours.
