All Christians should stand up against Palestinian genocide: Maduro
Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro calls on all Christians to stand with the Palestinians in the face of Israeli aggression and calls for a global conference to restore the rights of the Palestinian people.
Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro appealed to Christians around the world on Tuesday to stand against the genocide of Palestinians.
In his television program "With Maduro", he said, "I ask my Christian brothers and sisters in the Catholic Church and the Orthodox Church, in Venezuela and all over the world, to raise their voices and stand against liquidating the people of Gaza and the Palestinian people."

"The genocide must stop, and a global conference must be held as soon as possible to restore the rights of the Palestinian people to peace, land, independence, and their own state," he added.
The Venezuelan President's statements come on the 18th day of the ongoing Israeli aggression against the Gaza Strip, which is suffering from a humanitarian crisis, in light of the power outage and the scarcity of medical equipment.
Al Mayadeen's correspondent in Gaza reported on Tuesday morning that more than 135 martyrs died in the last few hours due to the Israeli occupation's aggression against the Gaza Strip.

The Hamas movement warned against the consequences of failing to provide fuel, such as the "death of all the sick and wounded in the hospitals of the Gaza Strip." The statements come after medical sources confirmed that electricity was cut off from the Indonesian Hospital in Gaza, and its vital facilities were disrupted due to the lack of fuel supply.
The government media office in Gaza announced on Monday that 5,087 Palestinians had been killed, and the number of wounded had risen to 15,273 citizens, since the beginning of the Israeli aggression on October 7.
