Amir Khalifa martyred succumbing to wounds from IOF bullets in Nablus
Palestinian martyr Amir Ahmed Khalifa succumbed to wounds sustained during an armed confrontation with the Israeli Occupation Forces after they stormed the village of Zawata, west of Nablus, in the northern West Bank.
Palestinian Resistance fighter Amir Ahmed Khalifa, from Al-Ain refugee camp, was martyred following an armed confrontation with the Israeli Occupation Forces, after the latter stormed the village of Zawata, west of Nablus, in the northern West Bank.
The Palestinian Ministry of Health confirmed the martyrdom of the 27-year-old with two IOF bullets to the head and back, during confrontations in the town of Zawata, west of Nablus.
The sources indicated that the IOF stormed the outskirts of the village of Zawata, and deployed a number of snipers at the main entrance to the village, and residents of Nablus, making up a portion of the Palestinian Resistance, confronted them and defended the city.
During the confrontations, Amir was shot in the head and back. His martyrdom was announced after he succumbed to the wounds he sustained during the confrontation.

Martyr Amir raised the number of Palestinian martyrs who rose since the beginning of this year to 224, from across the West Bank, occupied Al-Quds, Gaza Strip and the occupied Palestinian interior.
In turn, the latest Palestinian prisoner organizations' reports stated that the occupation forces arrested 3,866 Palestinians from various Palestinian governorates in the first half of this year 2023, including 568 children and 72 women.
The report indicated that the highest number of detainees were from occupied Al-Quds, with the number of arrests reaching about 1,800 individuals, while the number of administrative detainees rose to 1,608.
