The US is "deeply concerned" about civilian deaths after the Israeli massacre at the Al-Tabieen school in Gaza City, where over 100 Palestinians were killed and dozens more were injured, the White House stated.

After "Israel" committed a horrendous massacre during the early hours of Saturday, nothing remained of the scene but bloodied body bags and devastation.

As Palestinians were performing the morning prayers, Israeli warplanes struck the mosque with three airstrikes, leaving behind a hellish scene of unrecognized bodies and mass destruction.

Al-Tabieen comprises a religious school and mosque in Gaza City.

AFP reported body parts being strewn around the ruins and charred, bloodied bodies slumped in the wreckage of the two-story complex.

US National Security Council spokesperson Sean Savett stated that the US was "asking for further details" and that the administration was "deeply concerned about reports of civilian casualties in Gaza."

He stated that the strike, which has generated international outrage, "underscores the urgency of a ceasefire and hostage deal, which we continue to work tirelessly to achieve."

As the world condemns the massacre, the US continues to stand by the Israeli occupation with full-fledged moral and economic support and only asks for meager details rather than denouncing the occupation for its blatant aggression against civilians.

"We are in touch with our Israeli counterparts, who have said they targeted senior Hamas officials, and we are asking for further details," he reported.

Savett repeated Israeli claims of Hamas operating from civilian schools and reiterated, "We have also said repeatedly and consistently that Israel must take measures to minimize civilian harm," adding that far too many civilians have been killed.

17 Palestinians killed in US-Israeli designated aid zones in Gaza

Back in June, the US justified the killing of civilians if a member of the Palestinian Resistance was a target. During the press briefing at the US Department of State on June 6, Spokesperson Matthew Miller addressed a question regarding how "Israel's" attack on a UNRWA school, which killed 14 Palestinian children, does not cross President Biden's "red line".

"If it is true that you have this side where Hamas is hiding inside a school, other militants are hiding inside a school, those individuals are legitimate targets, but at the same time, they are embedded near civilians, Israel has a right to try and target those civilians," not forgetting to add that "they also have the obligation to minimize civilian harm..." despite this falling on deaf ears every time.

Miller once again attempted to downplay "Israel's" war crimes and murdering Palestinian civilians by using the "Hamas militants" or "Hamas headquarters" card, without failing to remind "Israel" of minimizing civilian harm and not doing anything on the ground in this regard.

Al-Quds Brigades calls for mobilization after Israeli massacre in Gaza

The Palestinian Islamic Jihad's (PIJ) military wing in the West Bank, al-Quds Brigades - West Bank, called for a mobilization in the occupied territory against the backdrop of an Israeli-executed massacre that killed at least 93 Palestinians in the Gaza Strip on Saturday.

"It is time to send the enemy ("Israel") a powerful message, letting the world know that Palestinian blood is not taken lightly by [fellow] Palestinians and that Arabs do not take lightly the harm done to their fellow Arabs," the statement read.

The Resistance faction urged Palestinians, especially those in the West Bank, as well as Arabs and free people around the world, to participate in protests against the continued Israeli massacres of Palestinians.

"This mobilization is the least moral and religious duty we can fulfill toward the pure blood of our brothers that has been shed as they are besieged in Gaza and who suffer under the oppression and fire of this ruthless enemy," the military wing added.

Al-Quds Brigades - West Bank called for protests at 8:00 pm (local) time on Saturday.

It also called on the citizens of Jordan, Iraq, Lebanon, and Yemen, as well as Palestinians around the world to participate in similar demonstrations.

The Brigades explained that the Israeli massacre, which killed dozens of Palestinians in the Al-Tabieen School in Gaza City's al-Daraj neighborhood, is also a direct attack on Islamic rituals. The strike targeted a large group of Palestinians who were performing morning prayers on Saturday.

The Israeli attack on the school, which hosted displaced Palestinians, created such havoc that authorities are yet to release the full death toll that the strike resulted in.

"Due to the enormity of the massacre and the rising number of victims, medical and civil defense teams have not yet been able to retrieve all the bodies," the government's Media Office in Gaza said in a statement.
