By day 394 of Israeli genocide in Gaza: 43,374 killed, 102,261 injured
The Gaza Government Media Office says the Israeli land, air, and sea aggression on the northern Gaza Strip has resulted in over 1,800 martyrs, 400 wounded, and hundreds missing.
The Ministry of Health in Gaza confirmed on the 395th day of genocide in Gaza that the Israeli occupation forces committed three massacres against families in the Gaza Strip in only 24 hours, resulting in 33 martyrs and 156 wounded.
In its daily report, the Ministry announced that the death toll from the ongoing Israeli aggression has risen to 43,374 martyrs, in addition to 102,261 injured since October 7, 2023
IOF raids on Beit Lahia and Jabalia, targeting civil defense
Al Mayadeen's correspondent in the Gaza Strip reported that the Israeli occupation conducted intense bombardments on Jabalia, located in the northern part of the Strip, in parallel with the firing of smoke shells in the al-Qassasib area, east of the camp.
Our correspondent reported successive explosions and rising columns of smoke in the Beit Lahia project area also in the North, amid ongoing raids and shelling of al-Fakhoura.
For the 13th consecutive day, the Civil Defense remains incapacitated across all areas of the northern Gaza Strip due to ongoing Israeli targeting and aggression. Consequently, thousands of Palestinians in the region are still deprived of essential humanitarian and medical care.
Israeli occupation forces attacked civil defense crews in the North, seized their vehicles, displaced many of them to the southern part of the Strip, and detained seven of them.
In the central Gaza Strip, our correspondent reported that two Palestinians were killed due to Israeli shelling that struck two homes in the Nuseirat camp.
At the same time, Israeli gunboats bombarded the shores of the Nuseirat camp with several shells.
In the southern Gaza Strip, five Palestinians were injured in an airstrike that targeted a house in the Qizan Rashwan area, south of Khan Younis, and were transferred to Nasser Hospital for treatment.
The town of al-Qarara, northeast of Khan Younis, witnessed intense gunfire from Israeli tanks.
Pressure on 'Israel' needed to end the genocide: Gov. Media Office
After a month of siege by the Israeli occupation on northern Gaza, the Government Media Office called on the international community and UN organizations to fulfill their roles under international law by providing humanitarian, health, relief, and civil protection services to hospitals and civilian neighborhoods.
The Media Office also urged, in a statement on Monday, for pressure on the Israeli occupation to cease its horrific and brutal crimes, including the genocide against unarmed civilians, particularly in the northern Gaza Strip.
It held the Israeli occupation, along with the US administration, the United Kingdom, Germany, France, and other countries complicit in the genocide, fully responsible for the ongoing war and the crimes against the Palestinian people, particularly in the northern Gaza Strip, which has faced systematic killing and genocide.
The Media Office condemned the Israeli occupation for committing these crimes against humanity, including massacres and genocide, where tens of thousands of civilians—particularly women and children—were deliberately targeted in the northern Gaza Strip. It called on all countries to condemn these horrific attacks on residential neighborhoods, civilians, hospitals, medical personnel, mosques, and other civil institutions.
Northern Gaza is 'disaster-stricken'
It noted that the Israeli land, air, and sea aggression in the northern Gaza Strip has resulted in over 1,800 martyrs, 400 wounded, and hundreds missing in Jabalia camp, Jabalia town, Jabalia al-Nazla, Beit Lahia, the Beit Lahia project, Beit Hanoun, and surrounding areas.
The Media Office emphasized that northern Gaza has become a disaster-stricken area in every sense, with the destruction of all hospitals rendering them inoperable, targeting of civil defense crews—including detention—and significant damage to infrastructure, including water and sewage networks, as well as roads and streets.
"The aggression did not stop there; it escalated into further crimes against humanity. The occupation forces employed starvation as a weapon, blocking 3,800 trucks of aid and goods from entering the northern Gaza Strip. This deliberate act has left nearly 400,000 people, including over 100,000 children, deprived of essential food, water, medicine, and baby formula," it added.
The Media Office emphasized that this barbaric and brutal aggression demonstrates the malicious intentions of the occupation to exact revenge on the Palestinian people and displace them from their land once again, reminiscent of the events of 1948. It stated that these plans are backed by the United States, which provides a green light for further massacres, killings, and genocide.
It further stressed that "the horrors our Palestinian people are enduring are beyond comprehension and reason. If major countries were subjected to what the Gaza Strip is experiencing, they would have collapsed within a few weeks."
