As part of its ongoing crimes against humanity, the Israeli occupation bombed and destroyed 254 housing units in the Gaza Strip over the past 48 hours, the Government Media Office in Gaza reported.

According to the Office, Israeli occupation forces employed internationally prohibited weapons in their attacks, dropping and firing them indiscriminately from warplanes and tanks. They also planted explosive barrels between civilian homes and detonated them remotely, disregarding any legal or humanitarian considerations.

They also deployed missiles with immense destructive power against civilian homes, "most of which were covered with asbestos and zinc sheets," leaving them in ruins beyond comprehension, according to the Media Office.

This brutal bombing over the last 48 hours resulted in several massacres around the new camp and its vicinity in the al-Nuseirat, central Gaza Strip, with over 40 martyrs and numerous injuries, including among children and women, reported. Furthermore, "Israel" prevents ambulance crews from rescuing the martyrs and wounded.

The Government Media Office condemned the occupation forces for committing these crimes against humanity, describing the deliberate targeting of civilians, including children and women, as acts of genocide. They called for international condemnation of these "horrific massacres against residential neighborhoods and civilians."

'Israel' kills, injures Palestinians in central Gaza

Five Palestinians were killed and more were injured in the Israeli bombardment of several homes in al-Nuseirat, central Gaza.

Palestinian media reported the arrival of three martyrs and several injuries at Al-Awda Hospital after the Israeli occupation bombarded the al-Assar family home in al-Nuseirat's Camp 5.

Moreover, Al Mayadeen's correspondent in Gaza reported the launch of heavy fire from Israeli quadcopters on Al-Daawa School, northeast of the al-Nuseirat refugee camp. Meanwhile, Israeli airstrikes were also launched on the camp's northwestern area.

In easternmost Deir al-Balah, our correspondent reported an Israeli airstrike targeting Wadi al-Salqa.

A woman was killed in the Israeli bombardment of her home in the al-Rahma neighborhood, to the west of the new camp in al-Nuseirat, while rescue teams were unable to reach her location due to Israeli obstruction.

An Israeli drone also deliberately targeted emergency medical crews while they were recovering the bodies of martyrs and treating the injured in the northern area of the al-Nuseirat camp.
