The global campaign "Same as Moses" for the children of Gaza has outlined key recommendations for organizing symbolic birthday celebrations. The events are suggested to take place in accessible venues like mosques, churches, temples, cultural centers, parks, and other public spaces.
Organizers are encouraged to schedule the celebrations from October 7 to October 14, with the events held in the afternoon or evening to ensure family participation.
The celebrations will begin with a prayer or dua', tailored to local religious practices, symbolizing spiritual solidarity with Gaza's children. Activities will include simple group games, such as tug-of-war and running races, as well as storytelling or puppet shows conveying messages of peace and friendship.
To further create a joyful atmosphere, cheerful music and songs celebrating solidarity with Palestine and global peace will be played.
