Cuba condemns Israeli 'impunity', shelling of Damascus airport
The Cuban foreign minister calls the attack a "flagrant violation of International Law and the sovereignty of that country" and urges "the impunity with which Israel acts" to "end."
In a statement on Monday, Cuba's Foreign Minister Bruno Rodriguez Parrilla called out the Israeli aggression and shelling on Syria, after the Occupation bombed the Damascus Airport on Sunday.
The diplomat posted on X: "Cuba strongly condemns the recurrent bombings carried out by Israel against Syria, in particular against the Damascus airport, in flagrant violation of International Law and the sovereignty of that country. The impunity with which Israel acts must end."

La impunidad con la que actúa Israel debe cesar.
Back in October, Bruno Rodriguez also decried the terror attack on the graduation ceremony for officers of the military academy in Homs, Syria.

Toda nuestra solidaridad con el pueblo y gobierno sirios y sentidas condolencias a familiares y amigos de las víctimas.
'Viva Palestina'
Cuba has been speaking loudly on the war on Gaza and condemning "Israel" for its ongoing genocide.
Cuban President Miguel Diaz-Canel recalled last month the words of the historic leader of the Cuban Revolution, Fidel Castro Ruz, 63 years ago, in his speech before the United Nations General Assembly.
"From the beginning of human history, wars have arisen, fundamentally, for one reason: some people's desire to deprive others of their riches. Let the philosophy of plunder disappear, and the philosophy of war will have disappeared."
#Cuban President Miguel Diaz-Canel told #AlMayadeen that over 3,000 children and 1,700 women have been killed in Gaza due to the ongoing Israeli aggression on the #Gaza Strip.

Diaz-Canel pointed out that "this broad and deep idea summarizes the reason for the suffering of the Palestinian people today, who are besieged under a new apartheid system of racial segregation on a small piece of land."
Diaz-Canel led a march of thousands of Cubans along central Malecon Street three days ago to express support for the Palestinian cause and condemn the crimes of the Israeli occupation.
Invited by the Cuban Young Communist League, participants chanted slogans in support of the Palestinian people. Cuban Foreign Minister Bruno Rodriguez Parrilla took part in the march, as well as the Secretary-General of the Workers' Central Union of Cuba Ulises Guilarte, and the Palestinian Ambassador to Cuba Akram Samhan.

The Cuban Interior Ministry said on X that 100,000 people took part in the hour-long march. It was the biggest of several such pro-Palestinian rallies held in Cuba since the Israeli aggression on Gaza started on October 7.
The march passed by the US Embassy in Cuba, where some participants raised banners that read, "This embassy sponsors terrorism" and carried Palestinian flags.
