Cuba condemns murder of Palestinian journalist Shireen Abu Akleh

The Cuban Foreign Minister condemns the murder of Shireen Abu Akleh, who was shot dead by the Israeli occupation forces during her coverage of an IOF raid.

    Cuban Foreign Minister Bruno Rodríguez extended his condolences to the journalist's family and friend

Cuban Foreign Minister Bruno Rodríguez condemned on Twitter the murder of the Palestinian journalist Shireen Abu Akleh at the hands of Israeli occupation forces.

He wrote: "We condemn the cowardly murder of prominent Al Jazeera journalist Shireen Abu Akleh by [the] Israeli forces. Shireen's death will not prevent the world from learning about the crimes committed against the Palestinians. Our condolences to family and friends."

Yesterday, the White House strongly condemned Wednesday the killing of Palestinian-US Al Jazeera reporter Shireen Abu Akleh and called for an investigation into her death.

Earlier, the Palestinian Ministry of Health announced the murder of Abu Akleh, whom the Israeli occupation forces shot in the head with a live bullet.

On Wednesday morning, the Palestinian Ministry of Health announced the murder of Al Jazeera journalist, Shireen Abu Akleh, whom the Israeli occupation forces shot in the head with a live bullet. The Israeli occupation aggressed against Jenin refugee camp, north West Bank, at a time when journalists covered the storming of the camp.
