Four people killed in Israeli drone strike on Qunaitra, Syria
The newspaper of al-Watan has revealed that the Israeli aggression has targeted a cab carrying civilians in Qunaitra.
Four people were martyred in the Quneitra Governorate in southeast Syria following an Israeli aggression on the area, according to al-Watan newspaper.
Our correspondent revealed that an Israeli drone fired two missiles at a vehicle near the city of al-Baat in the governate.
The Syrian al-Watan newspaper said four civilians were killed in the attack that targeted a taxi in the city. Citing a medical worker at the Abathah Hospital, the newspaper said four charred bodies arrived at the facility following the aggression that targeted a civilian vehicle. The source also revealed that the bodies could not be identified due to severe deformation.
On Thursday, following the launching of several rockets toward occupied territories, the Israeli military shelled several areas in the countryside of Damascus and Qunaitra.
The events followed another rocket attack from Syria on Israeli military sites in the Syrian-occupied Golan Heights, according to Israeli media outlets.
It is worth noting that since October 7, the Israeli occupation has escalated its attacks on Syria's international airports in Damascus and Aleppo. Israelis also launched attacks on several areas in southern Syria.
