Gaza hospitals have received 63 martyrs and 227 injuries in 24 hours, bringing the total toll since October 7, 2023, as of October 3, 2025, to 66,228 martyred and 169,165 wounded, the Ministry of Health in Gaza reported.
In its daily report, the Ministry added that since "Israel" reneged on the ceasefire on March 18, the death toll reached 13,420, in addition to 169,165 injuries, the ministry noted.
15 killed at aid distribution sites
Moreover, as the Israeli-made famine looms over Gaza, 15 starved Palestinians were killed since early morning and over 80 were injured while trying to receive aid at designated "aid distribution sites" and were later transported to hospitals, as per the Ministry's report.
The death toll among Palestinians killed while seeking food aid in designated distribution zones has now climbed to 2,597, with more than 10,067 others wounded, according to the report.
Genocide ongoing
Meanwhile, Al Mayadeen's correspondent in Gaza reported that there are many more massacres in the Gaza Strip that will only be discovered after Israeli occupation forces withdraw. Our correspondent additionally reported a massacre at the Gaza Port, after the IOF struck refugee tents in the area.
Our correspondent reported that Israeli occupation helicopters and drones are firing on civilians' homes in the al-Nasr neighborhood, west of Gaza City. Meanwhile, Israeli fighter jets targeted a house in the Sabra neighborhood, south of Gaza City. East of the city, the IOF fired multiple artillery shells.
Furthermore, the bodies of 13 martyrs were extracted from under the rubble after an Israeli airstrike targeted a gathering of refugees and safe areas in Khan Younis, Al Mayadeen's correspondent reported, noting that the IOF killed several people and wounded others after it targeted aid seekers in al-Tineh, south of Khan Younis.
UNRWA calls out 'Israel' for labelling Palestinians as 'terrorists'
Meanwhile, UNRWA published a statement calling for an immediate ceasefire and humanitarian access across the Gaza Strip, as "Israel" continues to escalate its war on the Strip.

"Tens of thousands of #Palestine Refugees continue to face repeated displacement. Families are forced to leave homes, often at great personal cost, while access to food, water, and safety remains limited," the statement published on X read.
In another post on X, the UN organization condemned the Israeli government's labelling of Palestinians in Gaza City as "terrorists", stating that this exposes "Israel's" intent to commit more massacres in the area.
It emphasized that many of those who have not left Gaza City are women, children, elderly individuals, and other groups who are unable to leave the area, amid continuous Israeli bombing and a tight siege.
"Labeling the nearly 250,000 people currently trapped in #Gaza City & the north as “terrorists or terror supporters” by the Government of #Israel is a statement suggesting planned large-scale massacres: killing more women, children, elderly & vulnerable people unable to move out.… pic.twitter.com/Qhujesr3bY
