The Palestinian Ministry of Health in Gaza reported on Sunday that 108 Palestinians were martyred and 393 others injured over the past 24 hours as a result of the ongoing Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip.
Among the martyrs, two were recovered from under the rubble, while dozens of victims remain trapped beneath destroyed buildings and on roads, inaccessible to ambulance and civil defense teams due to the intensity of the attacks.
The ministry confirmed that the overall toll since the beginning of the aggression on October 7, 2023, has climbed to 54,880 martyrs and 126,227 injuries. Since March 18, 2025, alone, the number of martyrs has reached 4,603, with 14,186 injured, reflecting the continued escalation and intensity of the Israeli assaults.
In a separate update, the Health Ministry revealed that humanitarian aid distribution areas have increasingly become targets. Since Sunday morning, five martyrs and over 123 injuries have been recorded among Palestinians gathered in aid distribution zones.
The cumulative toll of casualties linked to humanitarian aid sites has now reached 115 martyrs and more than 1,110 injuries, highlighting the danger civilians face even in areas designated for relief operations.
The Health Ministry continues to call for urgent international intervention as Israeli occupation forces intensify attacks, leaving Gaza's health sector and civil infrastructure in a state of near collapse.

GHF 'fails'; who's to blame?
On a related note, the Gaza Humanitarian Foundation (GHF), a US- and Israeli-directed aid organization operating in the besieged Strip, admitted on Saturday its failure to distribute food parcels to Palestinians, blaming what it called “direct threats” from Hamas without providing any evidence or details.
In a statement, GHF claimed the alleged threats prevented the delivery of aid to “hundreds of thousands of Gaza residents in urgent need.” The foundation, which operates under close Israeli military coordination, said it was “adjusting its operations” and would seek to resume distribution “without delay.”
Despite GHF’s accusations, local authorities and rights groups have said that the US-Israeli aid structure suffers from deep mismanagement and complicity in war crimes. Its food distribution points, often situated near military positions, have repeatedly become the scene of massacres, as Israeli forces and private military contractors opened fire on starving crowds.
