The Palestinian Resistance in the Gaza Strip continues to fend off Israeli occupation forces for the 269th consecutive day. The resistance has been executing strategic operations primarily concentrated in Gaza City and the southern parts of the Strip, resulting in confirmed casualties among Israeli forces and extensive damage to their equipment.

In related developments, an Al Mayadeen correspondent in Gaza reported that the Resistance forces are actively countering an attempt by the Israeli army to advance once again towards Salah al-Din Street in Gaza City.

Simultaneously, the resistance is engaged in intense guerilla clashes with Israeli forces in al-Shujaiya. Al-Qassam Brigades, the military wing of Hamas, announced they had targeted two Israeli Merkava 4 tanks in the neighborhood with a Shawaz IED.

Additionally, al-Qassam fighters targeted an Israeli force entrenched inside a house in al-Shujaiya with a TBG missile, resulting in multiple casualties among the soldiers.

Al-Qassam Brigades released footage showing their fighters confronting Israeli armored vehicles that had infiltrated the al-Shujaiya area in Gaza City.

Moreover, the artillery unit of the Abu Ali Mustafa Brigades, the military wing of the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine, bombarded Israeli forces and their equipment in al-Shujaiya with mortar shells.

The al-Aqsa Martyrs Brigades also declared that they were engaged in fierce confrontations with Israeli forces and their military vehicles in al-Shujaiya, located in the eastern part of Gaza City.

The Palestinian Resistance forces continue to resist Israeli occupation forces advancing into the Saudi neighborhood and the Shabura refugee camp in Rafah, an Al Mayadeen correspondent reported.

The al-Qassam Brigades announced that their fighters had successfully destroyed a Merkava 4 tank using two improvised explosive devices on the southern side of al-Tayaran Street in the Tal al-Sultan neighborhood of Rafah.

Earlier on Monday, al-Qassam Brigades reported that they lured an Israeli force into a booby-trapped house that had been used in a recent sniper operation east of Rafah. Once the soldiers entered the house, it was detonated, resulting in casualties among the Israeli troops.

Israeli media confirmed the collapse of the booby-trapped building in Rafah with the Israeli soldiers still inside, acknowledging that several soldiers were injured, some critically. The injured soldiers were airlifted to Soroka Hospital in Beer al-Sabe.

Meanwhile, al-Quds Brigades, the military wing of the Palestinian Islamic Jihad movement (PIJ) announced that they targeted an Israeli Merkava tank with an RPG and engaged in clashes with soldiers near the western cemetery in southwest Rafah.

Al-Quds Brigades also confirmed that they bombarded an Israeli command post in the Amitai military base with 107 rockets. They released footage showing the detonation of several explosive devices on Israeli military vehicles in southwest Rafah and the shelling of advancing support forces with a barrage of mortar shells.

Earlier, Saraya al-Quds reported targeting the settlements of Kisufim, Ein HaShlosha, Nirim, Sufa, and Holit in the Gaza envelope with concentrated rocket fire.

Israeli media said an "unprecedented barrage" of 20 rocket shells was fired toward the Gaza envelope, with sirens sounding in Ein HaShlosha and Kisufim.

The Israeli occupation forces admitted that one soldier was killed and another seriously injured during clashes with resistance forces in southern Gaza.

Additionally, Israeli news outlets indicated that one soldier was killed and ten others wounded, including three in critical condition, in a tunnel explosion in Gaza earlier today.
