Gaza Resistance thwarts IOF advancement toward Deir al-Balah

The Palestinian Resistance in Gaza continues to target Israeli occupation soldiers and military vehicles in multiple combat axes, as well as Israeli settlements.

Al-Qassam Brigades, the military wing of the Hamas movement, announced that its Resistance fighters targeted two Israeli Merkava tanks and a bulldozer using al-Yassin 105 shells east of al-Bureij in the central Gaza Strip, confirming several killings and injuries among Israeli occupation forces.

The Brigades stated that its fighters blew up two tunnels and detonated a minefield with an Israeli infantry force consisting of seven soldiers.

Additionally, al-Qassam said its fighters shelled Israeli occupation forces infiltrating the area of al-Mahatta in Khan Younis city, in the southern Gaza Strip, using mortar shells.

In Khan Younis as well, al-Quds Brigades, the military wing of the Palestinian Islamic Jihad (PIJ) movement, confirmed targeting occupation forces and military vehicles with a barrage of 60mm mortar shells in the al-Katibah area.

Al-Quds Brigades mentioned that its fighters also targeted the concentration of occupation soldiers and vehicles in the combat axis in al-Maghazi camp, in the central Gaza Strip, with a barrage of mortar shells.

Furthermore, the military wing of the PIJ announced shelling the settlements of "Sderot" and "Nir Am" and other Gaza Envelope settlements with intensive rocket barrages.

Meanwhile, Al-Aqsa Martyrs Brigades announced shelling a military gathering and Israeli occupation soldiers in advancement axes in Khan Younis with mortar shells and short-range rockets.

In the same context, al-Mujahideen Brigades, the military wing of al-Mujahideen Movement, said its fighters targeted Israeli military vehicles and soldiers in several combat axes in Gaza axes using N7 rockets.

Al Mayadeen's correspondent reported that the Palestinian Resistance thwarted an attempt by Israeli occupation forces to advance toward the shores of Deir al-Balah in the central Gaza Strip amid fierce confrontations.

Earlier on Sunday, al-Qassam Brigades announced that its Resistance fighters completely destroyed an Israeli armored personnel carrier with an al-Yassin 105 shell in al-Maghazi camp in the central Gaza Strip. The Brigades also targeted the advancing Israeli forces there with heavy-caliber mortar shells.

Al-Quds Brigades also confirmed targeting the settlements of "Nahal Oz", "Sufa", and "Holit" with simultaneous rocket barrages.

Our correspondent reported intense confrontations between the Palestinian Resistance and Israeli occupation forces in the northern and eastern parts of Khan Younis city.
