Palestinian Resistance ready to respond to aggression with full force
The head of the Hamas political bureau warns the Israeli occupation government against persisting in its aggression against Al-Aqsa Mosque.
The head of the Hamas political bureau, Ismail Haniyeh, on Thursday called on all Palestinian Resistance factions to unify their ranks and intensify their Resistance acts against the Israeli occupation.
During his meeting with the general secretaries of the Palestinian Resistance factions in Beirut, Haniyeh pointed out that "the priority today is to resist the occupation," stressing that "national unity and resistance are the way to achieve victory and defeat the Zionist project."
Haniyeh discussed with the general secretaries the developments of the situation in occupied Palestine, especially the ongoing Israeli aggression against Al-Aqsa Mosque by occupation forces and illegal Israeli settlers.
During a speech after the meeting, the head of the Hamas political bureau warned the Israeli occupation government against persisting in its aggression against Al-Aqsa Mosque, underlining that the Israeli violations are "a threat not only to Palestine but to all Arab and Islamic countries."
He also stressed the continuation of the path of Resistance and defense of Al-Aqsa Mosque by all available means, underscoring, "We will not allow the occupation government to implement its plans to Judaize Al-Quds and divide Al-Aqsa Mosque."

'Enemy's threats do not frighten us: Al-Nakhalah
On his part, the Secretary-General of the Palestinian Islamic Jihad Movement, Ziyad Al-Nakhalah, stressed that "the enemy's threats do not frighten us; they only make us stronger and more cohesive."
"Let the resistance be united in the face of any aggression, and our fighters in all places must be ready to respond," Al-Nakhalah pointed out.
Palestinian Resistance ready to respond with full force to any Israeli aggression
The Joint Room of the Palestinian Resistance factions confirmed its readiness to respond to any aggression that the Israeli occupation would carry out against Gaza.
"We affirm the readiness of the resistance to confront and respond with all force to any aggression, and to defend our people in all their places of existence," the Joint Room underlined in a statement, in light of the Israeli occupation's threats against the Resistance and the people in the Gaza Strip.
The Resistance factions warned the Israeli occupation against attacking the Palestinian people, calling on "the criminal enemy to stop its savage aggression against Al-Aqsa Mosque" and the worshipers stationed inside it and to "stop the farce of exporting its internal crises towards our people and our sanctities."
The Palestinian statements came amid prevailing tension at the border between Lebanon and occupied Palestine after the Israeli occupation military said that 34 rockets were launched on Thursday from southern Lebanon on occupied Al-Jalil.
The occupation said the Iron Dome air security system intercepted 25 of the projectiles, adding that at least five rockets landed in occupied Palestinian lands.
It claimed that the locations of the remaining four rockets are still unknown.
Israeli media reported that the rockets caused two minor injuries and some damage.
The Times of Israel highlighted that the attack "may mark the largest number of rockets fired from Lebanon" since the July 2006 war.
On its part, the Israeli occupation Foreign Ministry confirmed that it is instructing Israeli missions around the world to inform the so-called international community that "Israel" will respond to today’s rocket barrage from Lebanon.

IOF say Hamas behind rocket barrage from Lebanon
Israeli occupation military Spokesperson Daniel Hagari claimed that the Hamas movement is behind the rocket fire launched from Lebanon.
Hagari told reporters at a briefing that the attack comes amid continuous confrontations between Palestinian worshippers and occupation police, which are storming the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque compound and brutally assaulting the worshippers to pave the way for illegal Israeli settlers to celebrate the so-called "Jewish Passover holiday."
The spokesperson added that the Israeli occupation military is looking into an alleged "Iranian involvement" in the attack.
