Hezbollah ambushes Israeli soldiers, targets several military sites

Hezbollah continues its operations in support of Gaza and in response to Israeli attacks on southern Lebanese villages.

The Islamic Resistance in Lebanon - Hezbollah announced Monday a series of operations against Israeli occupation troops and military sites along the border with occupied Palestine.
Hezbollah said the operations come in support of the steadfast Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip and their brave and honorable Resistance and in response to the Israeli assaults on the steadfast southern Lebanese villages and civilian homes.
The operations are as follows:
Eastern sector
1. At 6:20 am, Hezbollah fighters conducted an aerial attack on the accommodation tents and barracks of Israeli officers and soldiers at the newly established site of the 403rd Reserve Artillery Battalion of the 91st Brigade, south of Beit Hillel, with a swarm of drones, causing casualties and injuries among the occupation soldiers.
2. At 10:35 am, after precise monitoring of Israeli movements in the Yiftah barracks and upon the emergence of a Merkava tank from its hiding place, Hezbollah fighters engaged it with a guided missile, directly hitting and destroying it and inflicting casualties and injuries among its crew.

3. At 5:05 pm, Hezbollah fighters targeted the al-Sumaqa site in the occupied Lebanese Kfar Chouba Hills with rocket fire, achieving a direct hit.
4. At 10:50 pm, Hezbollah fighters bombarded two buildings used by Israeli occupation soldiers in the Metulla settlement with appropriate weapons, achieving direct hits. The Resistance said the operation came in response to the latest Israeli aggression on the town of Odaisseh.
Western sector
1. At 12:00 pm, Hezbollah fighters engaged Israeli occupation soldiers with artillery shells after precise monitoring of their movement at the Birket Risha site, achieving direct hits.
2. At 1:00 pm, Hezbollah fighters set up a fiery ambush against a force of Israeli occupation soldiers, and upon its arrival at the ambush location west of the Biranit base, the Resistance fighters engaged them with rockets and artillery shells, achieving confirmed casualties.
3. At 1:20 pm, when a number of Israeli soldiers from the military assembly crew entered a room equipped with espionage equipment next to the al-Jirdah site, Hezbollah fighters bombarded the room with guided weapons, destroying it and inflicting casualties among its dwellers.

In a related context, the Military Media of the Islamic Resistance in Lebanon published footage of Hezbollah fighters bombarding the newly Israeli-installed espionage equipment at the Ramim base (occupied Hounin) on Sunday.
