Hezbollah strikes buildings used by Israeli forces
The Islamic Resistance in Lebanon responds to the violations committed by the Israeli occupation forces in southern Lebanon.
The Islamic Resistance in Lebanon - Hezbollah announced Saturday that it shelled two buildings used by the Israeli occupation forces in the "Metula" settlement amid rampant Israeli crimes in southern Lebanon.
The attack came in response to Israeli bombardment of southern Lebanese towns and villages, which are mainly targeting civilian areas, with the latest attack being on Aita al-Shaab, Kfar Kila, and al-Jibbain.
Hezbollah also destroyed espionage equipment at the Israeli Hanita military site.
The Resistance went on to launch artillery strikes at the Ruweisat al-Alam military site in the occupied Lebanese Kfar Chouba hills as well as an Israeli assembly point near the military site. Another barrage of artillery strikes targeted another east of the settlement of "Even Menachem".
As part of its series of operations, the Resistance also attacked Israeli surveillance equipment at the Raheb military site.
Hezbollah issued a statement underlining that all of its operations against the Israeli occupation forces were in support of the steadfast Palestinian people in Gaza as well as their valiant Resistance.
Israeli media, meanwhile, noted that the day "saw many false alarms about the infiltration of drones from Lebanon into the Upper al-Jalil." Israeli media also reported that sirens were sounded in numerous settlements throughout the al-Jalil throughout the day.
Israeli attacks continue on southern Lebanese villages and towns, where a Lebanese army post was hit by shrapnel from an Israeli artillery shell that targeted the vicinity of the town of Dhayrah, an Al Mayadeen correspondent reported.
Israeli artillery shelling targeted the vicinity of Bourj al-Molouk and al-Hamamis Hill, while an Israeli airstrike targeted the town of al-Jubbain, the correspondent added.
In light of the Israeli attacks, the Islamic Resistance in Lebanon mourned the following martyrs who died on the path toward al-Quds: Mubarak Ali "Sadiq" Hamiyeh from the town of Tarayya, Hussein Ali "Malak" Daghman from the southern town of Kfartabnit, and Ali Reda "Abu Mahdi" Harb from the southern town of Mansouri.
Hezbollah far from defeat
Israeli media revealed on Friday data related to the scale of confrontations in the northern front of occupied Palestine.
Emphasizing that the battle in the North is an integral part of the multi-front confrontation, Yedioth Ahronoth considered Hezbollah far from defeat, noting that Hezbollah has launched 3,100 rockets and mortars, and 33 explosive drones since October 7.
Additionally, it pointed out that Hezbollah has fired about 240 heavy rockets, ranging from 100 to 500 kg, causing severe damage. These bombs destroyed the headquarters of the al-Jalil Division in "Biranit".
Furthermore, Hezbollah has launched at least 700 anti-armor missiles, some of them advanced, which not only hit settlements and frontline positions of the Israeli occupation forces across the withdrawal line, otherwise known as the Blue Line, but also in strategic bases like the air traffic control unit in "Meron".
Similarly, other locations were also targeted with the aim of destruction.
Settlers without settlements: a step toward liberation
The website observed that seeing the destruction inflicted on "Kiryat Shmona" and other settlements is infuriating for the occupation government, adding that the strategic impasse does not seem to have a solution.
Moreover, the Israeli newspaper affirmed that Hezbollah has not lost the confidence it gained over 20 years of growth.
According to recent estimates, there are 200,000 rockets of various types, about 100,000 mortar shells of different sizes, and tens of thousands of Grad rockets capable of reaching Haifa, in addition to thousands of half-ton rocket shells with significant precision capabilities, constituting a threat not yet experienced by the Israeli occupation's homefront.
In a related context, "Israel's" Maariv indicated that the North is withering and collapsing, adding that "Israel" is currently abandoning the North. It further stated that the situation has largely stagnated amid internal battles, and a weakness in leadership, noting that settlers have been suffering from temporary housing solutions for six months now, and those who managed are now adapting to new places.
The newspaper also pointed out that polls conducted on settlers from the "Kiryat Shmona" settlement showed that 40% of them do not intend to return, indicating that those who will return are those who have no choice, the elderly, the sick, the poor, and those in need of social care.
