The Islamic Resistance in Lebanon - Hezbollah issued a statement on Tuesday announcing that its fighters attacked an Israeli assembly point and destroyed an Israeli Merkava tank at the "Dovev" barracks in response to the continued Israeli violations in southern Lebanon and in support of the Palestinian Resistance in Gaza.

The attack on "Dovev" destroyed the Merkava and inflicted numerous casualties on the enemy Israeli soldiers.

And on Monday, the Islamic Resistance in Lebanon announced that its fighters had targeted a hostile Israeli military group that had set up an ambush, east of the "Hanita" site, with artillery fire.

According to Hezbollah, the attack caused a high count of casualties after the Israeli soldiers were closely monitored and the ambush was discovered.
