Hunter Biden hires the Clinton lawyer ahead of investigations
As investigations by GOP-headed committees near, Hunter Biden opts to hire the top lawyer in an addition to his legal counsel.
Hunter Biden, President Joe Biden's son, has added a renowned Washington lawyer, as per US media reports, who previously worked for former President Bill Clinton and Jared Kushner, to his legal team.
According to the report, Hunter Biden has retained Winston & Strawn's attorney Abbe Lowell to oversee and coordinate his response to anticipated oversight probes by the House committees which will be headed by GOP from the starting the first of January.
Previously, Lowell has represented Jared Kushner in congressional investigations, as well as former President Clinton and former Democratic senators John Edwards and Bob Menendez.
